This place always goes out of stock. The workers are rude. To top it off they don’t even work, we have to scan and bag everything. Grocery shop somewhere else.better for small purchases when you’re on the go

What is going on! Went to Krogers mid afternoon and the parking lot looked like a tornado hit it. There were empty carts all over the place. Of course it would help if the customers helped by not abandoning their carts in the parking spaces. Indoor service is another story. Understaffed and rude help is no way to run a business. Beware HEB is coming.

Self check plus bagging help is easier for me but I don't have a big cart full. This store has some stuff the big stores don't. Quicker in and out.

We moved to the neighborhood that this Kroger serves and were disappointed when we went to check out and every single lane was automated; there were no checkout clerks in the entire store.

It was my personal hell trying to scan my basket full of items while my 6 year old attempted to help. The lady monitoring the lanes had to come over to help me so ma y times that I lost count, and each time she stopped by I apologized to the person behind me. The only comfort was that it was going about the same way for everyone who had large baskets.

When I finally finished ringing myself up the machine required the lane attendant to come over and do something (for no apparent reason) in order for me yo pay. By now the line was incredibly backed up but the attendant was helping someone else! The attendant from another lane came over, entered his code and then snapped at me that he was already responsible for four other lanes and couldn’t work them all!

I will NEVER go back to this Kroger until they return the cashiers! The locations on Maple and Mockingbird are close enough to avoid the hell I faced today! And if my mind alley is feeling a little fat I will go to Central Market where the prices are higher but there is actual service!

They never really have you what need. Stock is either gone or they do not carry it. I'd go elsewhere.
Tom thumb off n field or oak lawn or Kroger off mockingbird seems to keep their inventory full.

Have been shopping at this location for years, but have mainly been ordering groceries online. We did not like that they cut back on cashiers, relying primarily on self-checkout, but with finding out tonight that they have fully switched to self-checkouts, we have decided that we will not be returning to this location. This is really unfortunate because it is the closest Kroger to us.

The self-checkout system is just not done the best here and is not helped by the yelling lady that repeats herself and GOES OFF while you are scanning your groceries. I'm just going to assume this is the infamous Miss Betty that all of the other reviews seem to mention. We've had other negative interactions with her, but nothing even remotely close to this.

An item was on special per their weekly, paper circular. But inside the store, within the produce department, the sale price was not reflected on the signage. Question is, who's running this department?

Didn't even get to shop bc as I was going to get what I needed, my partner and I were literally chased down by the bald security guard and told we needed to give him our backpacks.as multiple people with large purses entered the store. I was just here last week with a backpack and had no issues.primarily because I don't steal. Decided to go to another Kroger where it's not automatically assumed that we are not criminals.

Might need to give that guy a customer service lesson.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. Stock is okay but sometimes I’ll have to go to another store to get what I need/want. Most everyone is super friendly. The cashiers, bakery department, etc. Just one lady at customer service is kind of curt.

Ive been to many Kroger stores in Dallas as I work doing deliveries for Shipt. This one is poorly managed. The biggest problem is that there are NEVER carts ready and available for use when i arrive and when there are they are shoddy and the wheels dont work well - no small carts available usually. Its kind of a cramped store and they are often out of many products. When I ask for help it is quite difficult to get help and direction for what Im looking for.which is very frustrating since my job is to collect products shopping for others under a time crunch. Its like the employees dont car.
All that aside the front end staff is ALWAYS caring, polite, and helpful.and make the rest of the frustrating experience at this store much easier to deal with.

I don’t think the staff of this Kroger neighborhood store knows how to spell customer service, nonetheless practicing it. You have got to be extremely desperate to visit this store.

Poor service, service desk clearly marked 8a to 8p and no one there at 2 pm. I was told to try? Try? ! Tomorrow. Pitiful.

Extremely rude staff. I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you prefer being treated like garbage.

This store is always stocked, organized, and clean. The employees are helpful and polite not to mention the location is very convenient.

Why would you turn off all the coke and every other machine and not put a sign on them, instead of try to trick a customer to buy a hot drink. Vince needs know how do his job, if he the manager. Every machine he turned off wth. Like couldn’t you unplug a couple if you had a problem, if you did fix it!

Only self checkout available after 10pm put the line 15 people deep. Why can we not schedule appropriately? !? !

This Kroger location is very convenient to the community and many shoppers can walk. Compared to the other Kroger location in the area, this store does not have the same selection and the customer service is just not as top notch!

Location, location, location is the only reason this Kroger gets business. There are more managers than associates, both or mostly completely uneducated. Don't expect to run in, get something, and run out. They can't keep enough staff willing to check you out. Rats and roaches.

Oak Lawn community Kroger. The floors are dirty. The staff is unfriendly and not very helpful. Prepare yourself for strange characters in the aisles.

Only have self checkout machines open at night. During the day more self checkout machines than anything. Long lines. People who work the self checkouts and security never say goodbye or thank you. Customer service is non existent.
