Found what i needed. Jonathan was great about pointing out that the loaf of 100% wheat bread was mis-stocked with the regular wheat loaves. This never happens at the Maple Ave Kroger.

The people who work here are personable and kind, to the point where my 2.5 year-old now waves and greets everyone in a blue shirt whenever we come here. Their produce selection is wonderful as well.

First time around at this location as a Shipt shopper. First walked in and two men were yelling and threatening each other, calling each other names and cussing because apparently one of them bumped into the other in the check out lane. The cashier was frantically calling for management. I sort of chuckled nervously at the customer service guy helping me and he said it happens all the time. That they have people "like that" that come in and steal things regularly.

I had to get assistance on three separate occasions because 3 of the 7 items on my list were out of stock or I just couldn't find them. The people helping me were very nice and professional and we're able to get two of the items from the back.

I like Kroger and I shop regularly at the one near my house but will have to think twice before accepting "shop" requests at this location in the future. Not sure I want to get caught in the middle of an incident if it does indeed happen as often as was suggested to me by an employee.

This Kroger's IS Cleaner, Nicer AND MOST of their employees ARE Friendlier to US (PAYING Customers) Than the Kroger's on Forrest Lane! I LIKE Coming HERE!

I Also ENJOY Coming to this Kroger's because MY Bank (1st Convenience Bank) IS inside AND the Oak Lawn Library is around the corner as well! Oak Lawn IS a Nice area to check out (The RICH Neighborhood with MANY SNOBS who can sometimes be rude to US "BROKE little Nobodies", LOL)!

Generally, this store is fine. But tonight I went in around 12: 45 a.m. The store is scheduled to close at 1 a.m. I was met at the entrance with a worker looking at me with his eyes wide open informing me in no uncertain terms that the store would be closing in ten minutes. I thought he was distorting the time to hurry me because he was anxious to go home.

After I got in the door and looked for what I came for, a voice came on the PA system saying, "The time is 12: 50. The store will be closing at 1 a.m. But the scanners will be shut down at 12: 55 and they cannot be turned back on. "

So, the worker at the door was telling the truth. They were shutting down in ten minutes as I entered the store. It is just that they decided to violate the posted store hours and close down five minutes early.

The young man on the PA system kept making announcements informing customers that they were shutting down five minutes early and they would not allow people to check out after five till one. I felt rushed and pressured the few minutes I was there. I really resented the bum's rush treatment.

Typically have a sub-par experience here, usually because of the lackluster selection and long checkout wait times.

Good selection, good layout, great staff. I was scatterbrained at the end of a long day and Tiarra (spelling? Sorry!) was very sweet and helpful at checkout, noticeably more than she needed to be. Just wanted to give her a shoutout!

Worst Kroger ever. They are consistently out of stock on items that I regularly buy and I end up having to go to 2 stores in a day to complete my shopping list. Today was my last rip to this location even though it's 3 minutes from my house.

I go to this store mainly for the sushi where they have a separate sector for it. The store’s food is alright. However, I’ve noticed an issue with expired produce that has been repeatedly displayed on shelves. I brought it out to staff’s attention, but upon my next visit I saw the same chocolate bars (expired in September) intentionally positioned at the front of the shelf. Isn’t there a guidance to throw away expired products? How could it possibly be for sale? Dodgy and upsetting. Always check dates of expiration!
P. S. I took a photo of expired chocolate bar together with fish, so you could see it was taken in December 2017.

As most people probably say, I don't work at Kroger, never applied, and don't get a paycheck so why should I have to check and bag my own groceries? The store is very nice and the people who work there are cool, but the customers start turning on each other when there is a long wait at self checkout, it can get a bit scary!

The employees never cease to amaze me with how rude they are. I live across the street from this location and end up driving to a Kroger across town in order to avoid this place. I decided to stop today on my lunch break, and I asked a cashier if they accepted Samsung pay since I left my wallet at work. She just looked at me and said I don't know, and then started motioning for the next customer. I didn't expect her to be friendly, but maybe next time she could at least have suggested I go ask the customer service counter.

One person actually working and ringing customers up. Three other employees standing in a group two lanes down talking about non work related topics. I had to help the cashier bag my groceries, while three employees stood around and looked at their smartphones and chatted. Not cool. Next time, I will take pictures.

EDIT: during my last two visits, I've noticed a change for the better. Everyone is working and helping each other. Very nice indeed. I will add 3 stars.

The pharmacy is very racist. Jessica the pharmacist, is very rude. My husband and I have been customer's there for 4 years. She treats us bad always wanting our ID's even though she knows us. She talks down to us and other customers. Plus my medication has been short many times. When she works I dread it. I count my pills then when I don't they come up short. She has been there every time. Go to another pharmacy. We did and we were treated good. I will never go to that Kroger Pharmacy on Cedar Springs ever again. I'm much happier at my new Pharmacy.

This is where I go to get groceries. Store is clean, prices are good and parking is good.

Please Kroger. Don't ever turn into Walmart down the road. I hate that place.

I love to shop at Kroger I like they're mix & match prices. I believe their prices are a lot better than Walmart. They get me 10% on all Kroger products and I just love shopping there. I would like to get on that mailing coupon list.that's it for now

Counter person sucks, we bought beer and the counter person don't know when to ask ID or not. I came with my dad, and the counter still insist on seeing my ID, it cause a commotion that should have happened in the first place, very embarrassing experience!
