If I could I would rate it no stars. I'm sorry I'm not really the one to leave bad reviews but i had to for this one! When i walked in the guy in the front on his phone. Had to say hello to him. Ask him about the 5 day trial he told me they only give to genuine people. And said he can't give me the trial only the manager. So I talk to the manager about trial je tells me he can't do that at all.so I guess I didn't "genuine" enough.

The evenning manager I believe from sales (white guy) he is rude and see customers as a target instead of providing good service, he didn’t resolve my issue or followed! He thinks he is to smart but he need to be more humble!

This location is pretty chill. Staff is nice, I like the selection of machines. Not all locations have the Hammer Strength wide chest machine but this one does. Most of the patrons are friendly and that gives the place a good vibe.

If you are out on the westside, I recommend checking it out. It's one of the better locations in Houston.

Ok gym but most of the machines they only have one of. This is very frustrating when it's busy or when people are camping on the equipment taking selfies instead of actually using it.

I know take is not common in USA having group tutor at gym, but it’s important some general orientation. Because I’m not able to realize the correct position, exercise.that is better for me. And don’t make some injury. The equipments are new and well conserved.

Today I went to cancel my membership the guy at front desk was rude and told me can’t, come back don’t have the form I asked for more details getting the cancellation form he was not cooperative, Zero star, I have to cancel my bank account

I like this gym I come here every once and a while, but they need to get some kind of parking lot security. I was there around 12 lunch time, and my car got broken into. There was nothing valuable in my car but I am not happy that I have to get my car fixed. Other then that, I like this gym but please don't leave anything in your car not even an empty backpack.

This gym is good for the price. Cardio equipment is seldom full. There's a pool, rarely full. There are ample strength machines, although it'd be nice if the Personal Training area didn't dominate so much real estate, and it sometimes becomes a scavenger hunt to find the dumbbells you need. There are lockers, but they're for day use only, and require your own lock. Also no towel service.

Closed during the "storm". Barely raining and no gyms or businesses nearby are closed. Also there are assumedly employees working out in the gym while it is closed with the door locked. Nice.

Heavy build girl at night shift is rude. Bully smack talk. And door lock at 10: 23pm. Business hours said 5 am to 11pm weekdays. Girl BS say we close. And now weekend hours are shut earlier an hour. Smh I think I go to 24hrfitness

Was sexually harassed by employees and patrons. I would avoid this place at all costs. Also way over crowded

It's a very nice place. They have excellent personal trainer in Ivan. First of all he is fit, has expert knowledge, has passion to help others and has excellent communication skills. He is a veteran as well.

No one sends out emails notifying us when they are closing on a certain day, when they are changing their hours, or when they are having a maintenance problem (a.c. Is always broken.) I am switching to 24 because of these & other reasons.
