Great gym! Love the layout, cleanliness, the group fitness classes along with the instructors. The personnel upfront aren’t so welcoming and friendly which is important since that’s who you first see as you walk in and kinda set the tone for the atmosphere.

Do not go to this place. Rude sales people including the manager that lack or was not train on customer service. They are so hungry to have someone to sign up that they will inimedate you to sign up on a high down-payment and monthly and would not give you the option with no contact even though it exist. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Guy by the name is Soni who calls himself the manager was not only rude but very disrespectful behind the telephone. Definitely as long as this guy is working there I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to this location.

It’s very clean for a highly populated gym, but since it’s always full there are never any machines open, also there are never any paper towels to dry with. Staff is friendly though

I normally like this location but they have really dropped the ball on cleaning the pool. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Very upset since this is the only reason I joined here. They also got rid of the aqua classes weekday mornings.

They do not have the equipment that I like which is a sit-down elliptical. The pool is very cold. The locker rooms are nice and seem to be clean. The membership is overpriced and also there is an Initiation fee. Plus you have to pay your first and last month up front

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! On June 2020 my vehicle along with others were broken into by smashing the windows. We were all parked in the very front of the gym however front desk attendants clearly disregarded car alarms and were of very little help. The front desk person basically ignored me when I told her what happened l. The guys at at the sign up desk heard me and responded while she sat there staring into space. They have security cameras but they are useless and so low quality they do not pick up license plates.

As we were outside waiting on the police officers many patrons stopped to tell us this happens here often and a few of them said it happened to them. Corporate still hasn’t provided any feedback regarded this matter.

This gym's management clearly doesn't care as they haven't enhanced security measures. The thieves didn't get much of value from my car but the repairs needed to fix the damage done to our vehicle will be costly.

Too many of the same people not wearing mask. I come daily, and it is the same people over and over again not wearing mask. Please enforce the executive order put into place by the governor. I don't want the gym close again.

First time at this location. The staff was very nice. You get a bottle of disinfectant upon check-in and you have to wear your mask at all times. I felt safe working out this morning.

Great equipment, large selection of free weights and machines too. It's always clean as well which is quite different from other gyms in the area. Staff is friendly.

This may not be a problem for most people, but I decided to go early morning within the timeframe of opening and the gym was completely empty, they don’t even follow their own hours that are listed. Why are they closed when they should be opened?

You need new, customer-friendly employees here. Just filled with egotistic, dull people in this location. Disappointing.

I use to work at this location as a group aerobics instructor for a little over 5 years. It was remodeled back in December 2016 if I remember correctly it’s a nice, clean organized layout gym as well as the women’s locker rooms! I loved all the members who got up early on Saturday mornings for a workout at 8: 30am on a Saturday! I love and miss y’all! The front desk staff is nice right about at average.

Excellent facility with lots of equipment. Went there several times while the Barker Cypress location at Hwy 290 was being remodeled.

Great fitness place. Tonnes and tonnes of new equipments. Reasonable price. Sauna. Whirlpool. Swimming pool. Everything you need for exercise of your body.

Staff is great and friendly. The facility is clean although there is usually one or more stairsteppers broken.

I love my gym! My trainer Ashley is the bomb! The kickboxing, body circuit, and zumba classes are amazing. Even my kids enjoy coming here with me

The huge personal training area in the middle kills it. Other than that, machines feel modern and the pool is amazing. If that personal training area could be moved to the back where the mats are, id give 5 stars.

The gym personnel have no idea how to enforce the rules to many people dropping weights, and raquetball courts not just for players always for people doing abs, also emergency alarm always going off because people opening the doors to let non paying people in to play basketball.

Great gym with awesome classes. The gym is clean and the equipment all works. No complaints here!
