Food was fine, coffee drinks both received late and delivered cold. This was after reminding counter staff of missing order

Great food! Fresh and delicious. Spacious outdoor seating or homey indoor seating French cafe style. Subtracted a star because no table service for the price they charge and the wait is usually long for items you can see in the case.

I ran in to place a Togo order today and there was a lady in front of me at the call ahead check out that was very rude and disrespectful to the lady (Patty) working the check out. I would like to applaud the woman working the call ahead check out for her patience and the polite manner she served this rude lady. Great service and way to go Patty!

I like this Madeleine, is so cozy. My friend likes the salmon and lentils. I like any of the salads. And the coffee always hot.

Excellent bakery for a good coffee and a dessert. I live and recommend a latte + caramel creme brulé.

This la Madeleine has finally gotten their act together. When they first opened it was a mess. I’m still not crazy about their ordering system and many times there isn’t enough staff to man the bakery section to avoid having to wait, but overall I’m pleased with their commitment to solving any problems that come along. One thing I might mention is that there is an ongoing leak in their gas fireplace. It is very small and most people wouldn’t notice it but I’m very sensitive to any fumes and have a keen sense of smell. I always have to sit as far away as possible which usually isn’t a problem, luckily. They have the best croissants. Need to improve their coffee.

A favorite of mine and my little girl. Fabulous pastries, sandwiches, hot chocolate and mimosas.

My second visit. Still a weird ordering set up. My caesar, side salad was very tiny. The sandwich I had was interesting, I probably won't get it again. I need to try some other items on the menu to give a proper review, maybe from the bakery next time. Not impressed with the pricing.

We truly like this place. Even on days when no one can agree on what to eat we can all find something here. I do wish they would be more proactive with cleaning the dining room and the drink machine/ice machine.

Great location, the food is good, but there are never clean tables! The chairs on the patio are covered with bird poo.the ice machine barely worked, AND had MILDEW on the inside of the dispensing chute. The staff always waits until things are totally empty to bother refilling them, and I'm sure that only happens when a customer complains. Today it was empty ice machine, straws, and bread plates. Last time they ran out of bread, bread plates, and tea. If the food wasn't so yummy, I'd skip it.

Quaint and quiet with various spaces, large and small depending on your group size or eating alone, for your choice of French-style fare. Moderately priced 3-pc combination plates will keep you satisfied for sure. $10 w/o a drink. The wine choices are all good, if your attitude calls for it.

The manager at this location helped me with last minute change in finding a location for a baby shower! The staff was great and the food was excellent!

Finally, perfectly cook poached eggs! The wait can be long, but that mostly depends on the customers in line. Having menus at the entrance would be nice. Restaurant is clean and employees nice and prompt. Not the easiest place to find.

It was amazing! First visit. Went with a friend for basically brunch. At about 9: 30, it was pretty empty, and the service was great.
Downloaded the app while waiting in line, you get a free lemon pastry or buttered biscuit on your first visit! You also get progressively better rewards the more you scan your card.
Food was great serving size, perfect taste. Budget priced but full class meal.

Lots of seating and food options here. My cappuccino was huge! (Tasty but it basically became a latte at that point.) Croissant was dry and bland.
