La Quinta Inn & Suites Houston Galleria Area

We had a very nice stay here. Very clean and quiet. Kind and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. Pool area was clean. There is a beautiful garden patio area my 1 yr old loved to explore.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and less dated than I thought it would be. Great free breakfast as well!

Pool on site. This hotel is located in the middle of a busy town but when get here you don't feel it. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Looking forward to our stay!

Great location, friendly staff, and one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Houston. When full it can be quite noisy though, so always try and book earlier rather than later. Sorry my previous review was my phone messing up and hanging (one star was recorded!)

Spacious room, comfy bed but terrible electricity. USB plugs did not work in room.none other available throughout the house. A receptionist who was not very forthcoming - did not seem to understand the urgency of being on the other side of the world and not having any "juice" in any of your devices.

Super friendly staff & a great location.

Fantastic location, relaxing pool area, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Only wish they'd stock the fitness center with free weights!

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Great water pressure which is very important to all 3 of my girls. Breakfast was good and area was clean.

The women here were very friendly and my room was clean. I think the lady who helped me was name was Erin she was just the best.

I was not impressed with this hotel AT ALL. The building seems old and outdated on the inside. There is only 1 old, very small elevator, and it is very slow.

My room was spacious, but it's not "nice". The restroom was gross; the toilet seat is scratched, chipped, and barely holding on to the rest of the toilet. Also, the toilet handle was loose, and it took a little extra work to flush. The water constantly drips from the faucet in the bathtub. There were long, straight, black hairs on the floor, and the floor is white, so they couldn't be missed. The shower curtain was stained, and it is too small/ short for the tub. We called room service for towels, and they told us we had to come downstairs to get them because no one else is there (it was a Friday around 8pm). The air conditioning unit makes a LOT of noise as it comes on and goes off- it rattles for a few seconds, and then it calms into a low noise.

Don't waste your money! I couldn't be payed to stay here again.

Husky pet friendly with patient, courteous staff. I only had one issue that ended in a positive customer service experience. I had only a few dollars when I ended my search for a beverage at the front desk. I was able to pay for my drinks with the card in file without a hitch! My dog also enjoyed the view.

Needs a redo. Rooms are clean with newer carpet but paint is peeling from the rails looking out the window and wood warped on bathroom door. Bed was comfortable and room didn't smell. Staff was pleasant and accommodating when sofa bed in our first room was broken.

The keys kept not working and they kept giving more. Stuck out of our room for 45 min going back and forth down stairs for new keys.

The staff here was really delightful. The bathroom was strangely large and the room was also quite big. The breakfast here was to be expected for LQ. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean. Overall I'd come back here.

This place sucks. Location is horrible and service is pathetic. Plus my car and my two uncle's car got broken into. While the security guard was flirting with the receptionist at 2am. They don't have a low enough rating for this hotel. -2 stars.
