Nurse Natalie is the only reason this place is still open your receptionist Elizabeth is not professional record your phones calls because its not to late to fix simple problems

I can’t work a job because they never had an MD on staff and double booked appointments for their interested in only money. I had major Spine surgery and was told by a surgeon not in their practice that I could have been paralyzed or dead because they took almost 2 years to send me for X-ray of my back because of the legs daily pain. All the while infection was just sitting on my spine. This is Medical Malpractice on ever level as other Doctors have stated.

Nurse Natelee is the only reason why I still go to this practice. She’s the sweetest person and truly cares about you. The wait time here is long but it’s worth it when you have such a great nurse.

I brought my mom here for a 10 a clock appointment and it’s now 11 and we still haven’t been called in. It’s ridiculous they shouldn’t schedule so much ppl if they can’t keep up with the appointment on time.

Bad service. I went today for my Pap test and she never asked me if I have questions and she looked like don’t want to touch me and she took like 2 minutes to the test. You need a friendly doctors.

First, Dr. Karimjee is wonderful. Also the staff have always been pleasant and helpful with me. As far as all the complaints about long waits? Well, I'm not sure I've ever BEEN to Dr.appointment without a lengthy visit and the vast majority of people who write reviews do so to complain. There's nothing wrong with this office.

The wait here is at least 2 hrs. They always overbooked. Office is unorganized and not friendly staff. The PA is sweet.

Love my nurse practicioner here. Just beware: even if you a long standing patient who never misses an appointment. If you forget to confirm an appointment they just give the appointment away. I get it if you a repeat offender, but I have never missed an apppointment before, they called to confirm the appointment while I was at work, and I forgot to call them back when I got off, so poof. Lost my appointment entirely. Rediculous.

I have been going here for years. I love Karen and Natalie. They always take their time and listen to me. The staff is always very nice to me. The only two flaws I would change is the wait time, and the automated call system. However, I understand the wait bc they do listen to you, and seem to handle your paperwork and prescriptions right there. It's almost always been about an hour and change wait.

I was hoping for better. This place was overpriced and had a conversation with one of the people that work there and was treated very rude and hung up on. I won't recommend this place.

That take forever to see you and most of the time you can only see a nurse practitioner. The doctor is only there every other Saturday. VERY long wait time.

The wait is just horrible. I just needed a refill and I have been here waiting for over an hour. Their is no other patience in the office so do not know why it takes so long. I'm giving them a 2 only due to when you finally do see someone they are very sweet.

Even though the nurses and doctors are nice, it does not justify the 1 hour and 25 minute wait that I waited in the exam room before being seen by the physician, and I was on time. I appreciate the long hours and the clean office, but the doctors need to work on their bed side time.

Everytime I'm here I am waiting for over an hour just for them to come in and see me. I was sitting for an hour with an excruciating ear infection just wanting to get the prescription and go home.
For an office that has almost every room empty I really don't understand the long wait.

Nice Nurses, and Great Doctors here. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful with getting my payment taken before the visit so I could leave immediately after. I waited about 45 minutes, which is too long. But seeing how the doctors spend time with the patience, its understandable. Will recommend for sure.

I have been seen by both of the Physician Assistants and I have to say they were both great! They listened to my concerns and followed up promptly with the results of blood work. Also, office hours can't be beat!

I was trying to become a new patient but after 3 attempts at mid morning no one answered the phone. I can't make an appointment if the establishment won't answer the phone. Well guess I'll keep looking.

I LOVE it HEAR I feel so welcome and they take good care of people like my favorite is doctor Natalie she's amazing and understand everything about everything and makes u feel apart of the Lakewood family I will always go hear.

I have been going to thus practice for about a year now. The staff and doctors are great. I would recommend them to anyone.

The nurses are not friendly and the atmosphere is one that we don't give a rats ass about you.just give me a check. The doctors are okay.
