24Very unprofessional and unethical. I asked them not to treat my client because there was confusion in appointments and they were at the wrong clinic.they still treated them and charged them an exorbitant amount which they could not afford. Very unprofessional and unethical.
Wow. First off even if you schedule an appt. Be prepare to wait for hours. Secondly front desk staff doesn't even bother with a greeting or being helpful. Lastly, finances are very disorganized. I called with my insurance and triple check. My insurance did their job. Unfortunately Lakewood family practice, especially Yolanda in accounting could not. Would not recommend this clinic. Avoid possible.
First time here. Walked in at 800am appt at 830. Ive been in the exam room waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes from the time of my appt. There was only 2 people ahead of me! Very frustrating. Wish I could just walk out of here and forget it but I need to get checked out. Definately will be switching PCPs this place is NOT for me. If you want quick this is not a place for you. I need to get back to work and I hear the NP just chatting away.
The waits are excruciating! 2 hours and i'm still waiting! Will change provider as soon as i get out of here! And i never saw a doctor.only the nurse practitioner! Terrible!
