I want to take this time to give a shout out to Debbie. Coming from out of state and downsizing, finding the right apartment can be very stressful while considering several factors. Debbie (leasing agent) is a very patient and nice lady. She took the time to give a virtual tour of the apartments. This is something I noticed most agents are not willing to do. In addition she was patient in answering all questions. I can't say enough nice things about this lady. She is a keeper! I hope management recognizes this.
The apartment in itself seems ok but I am not sure it meets our needs and that's the reason we are still on the fence about it. We are still considering it because of Debbie. If not for her, we would have walked away a long time ago.
The 5 stars are for her. I hope I get to meet more nice people like this when we finally move to Texas.

I was going to move in to these apartments and I did not because they have fees on top of fees hidden. We paid $85 each for the application which is ridiculously high. On top of that there is an application fee of $150 (what? !?) to hold the apartment and if you don’t cancel 48 after you are approved they keep it. So I’m total we lost our money and never set foot in the apartment. They also make you have internet and cable for $80 a month along with rent. They also have a processing fee which was waived, but my advice, if you can move some where else please do. They just want to take your money. Read prior reviews about how much they charge for carpet when you move and how much they steal from their residents. Glad we found a bigger townhome for way cheaper. Management is also not the best when you ask questions about reviews they beat around the bush. Beware. If I could give 0 I would.

I toured this community for my out of state clients with Renee. From the time I first spoke to her through the application process, she was extremely helpful and made the process seamless for my clients while placing them in the exact unit they hoped for within their needed time frame. Thank you to Renee & Jessica for helping!

So, my initial impression of this place was pretty bad ideally because of the poor management when I first moved here. I was promised an apartment and instead upon my arrival (from California), I was sent to the very back of the complex on the 3rd floor. When I moved in, the place was dirty and had many issues of which I care not to bring up anymore (cough cough* including roach problem!). I didn't expect much help with the dreadful attitudes and poor service from the management either. But, after the breach in management was remedied (ergo replaced), I haven't really heard from them since. I still wouldn't recommend them for help. In fact, if you stay here, I would recommend contacting the upper management office if you have any issues. The only good quality about the complex (itself) is the maintenance team. The maintenance guys are good and location has convenience for shopping too. Very poor quality customer care and a seemingly large hindrance to live here. If you don't care how you're treated, don't mind all the extra hidden fees after 2 months (be mindful and ask because they won't tell you), and the lousy parking arrangements, then this is the place for you. PS. The 3rd floor sucks!

Any issue we had with the move in process and once moved in was promptly remedied within the following days, sometimes hours. They are extremely prompt in the front, Mara is extremely sweet and we’ve enjoyed working with Debbie. This is our first place together and my spouse had never rented before and the process was made super easy for him. My only reason for 4 stars is that there were a lot of issues that came up and things that weren’t addressed with me immediately that I feel as a tenant should have been, but once I addressed them with staff were corrected swiftly. We’re happy to be home.

Been here a year and a half and I have no complaints! Staff is amazing and customer service is wonderful. Neighbors here are kind! I love the dog park for my pup. I think parking has gotten better here but I pay extra for reserved and you can’t beat that for $15.
They keep the complex looking nice and clean just wish the residents here would pick up after their pets.
I feel safe here, feels like home:)

I had accidentally thrown some glasses I ordered online in the dumpster. One of the guys from the office, not sure of his name, GOT IN THE DUMPSTER to get them out for me! Nicest thing anyone has ever done!

I've lived here for awhile now and I LOVE THIS PLACE. There's no place like home. The Office and Maintenance Teams do a very good job of keeping the property clean, safe and fun. Please keep in mind that the staff can't control people who live here and we're grown adults responsible for our own actions so the trash area that gets a little out of control is an endless battle with the residents who OBVIOUSLY DON"T GIVE A FLYING F@*! This complex is within walking distance of everything you could possibly need.

I have lived here for 1.5 years. The few minor issues I’ve had have been fixed very quickly. They girls in the office are very nice and so are the maintenance guys. I think for the price they are good apartments. I love the dog park. I think more dog poop bag stations could be added as well as maintained better (always keeping them full). When reading the negative reviews keep in mind what people aren’t telling you. People react out of emotions instead of taking a realization of what the real issue is. I’ve had zero real problems. The lack of 1 star would be for the dumpster trash issues. People throw away large pieces of furniture in which they should not and does not seem to be addressed in a timely manner therefor just looks trashy.

Absolutely appalling management. I went in to tour the complex and while asking about the general demongraphics of tenants, I was accused of being discriminative because I asked if there were children or more families. The woman was rude to say the least and it’s very safe to say I highly recommend avoiding this complex at all costs.

I have been living with my family in the complex for 3 years, at the beginning, but the last fatal year, my fridge was damaged, my daughter fell and I also went down and reported it and called many times and it was not until 5 months they replaced it, with the microwave it happened the same, two months without caring what we ate and what need you could have, the building where we live is always dirty stairs, full of cigarette and trash quotes, the pool closed for repair and took a year, also the gym was closed, the carpet was cleaned for the first two years when renewing the contract but this last time they do not want to go because I already warned that I'm leaving the complex, they do not change my air filter and I'm tired of calling the reception, I warned that I was not going to renew the contract face to face when I signed for only three months and now they want to charge me a fine of $ 700. The treatment of the person Stacy is very bad, does not address the problems and treats the clients badly, in general very poor service and little attention to the problems of the residence and the apartments, my family is very unhappy and my brothers wanted to live here and how to recommend a place where you do not value your stay and your life.very limited places to park, zero maintenance of the apartments and very slow the response of the office to solve problems, I do not recommend it to anyone, look for other options, I am already legal advice to avoid being charged $ 700 fine irresponsibly, when on your part there is no information and follow-up to the comfort of the customers.and do not worry about calling the tlf they send here, take care of a person, listen to you and then tell them that you do not work for Legacy Pines, that people with so little seriousness and bad customer service, I'm going to dedicate all my life to that no one rents with you and when you have the case ready, see you in court, you believe that everyone is stupid, soon we will see you

Hidden fees and uneccessary fees. That's all I have to say. They charge you out of nowhere, and fail to notify their residents. So make sure you ask lists and lists of questions. Maintenance was probably the only thing that was well kept here, always punctual and great. Never felt "at home. " Staci is probably the only employee that even cares about their residents. Rent at your own risk and be prepared to spend a lot more than you think with those fees.

Disgustingly incompetent staff who suffer from severe narcissism and a complete utter disregard for not only potential residents but the residents which they already have. If you are looking to rent here I would suggest you make a run for it. I came up to view the apartments with my younger sister who was looking for a new apartment and was completely disgusted with what she experienced. The first issue began actually two years ago when we went to exit the vehicle and the toddler in the vehicle who was holding the keys while I was removing his seat belts shut the door when I turned around to grab her wallet and locked himself in. I asked the office staff if I was able to use the phone to call for emergency help, the manager said no as she did not want a fire truck or cop car there, as she did not "want that image. " I told my sister not to rent there. Fast foward two years later and she came back and rented with them. I have my real estate license as well as my degree, with a law major. My sibling calls frequently and tells me about practices that the office staff engage in that are not legal. They treat tenants unequally and make unreasonable requests. I have heard complaints not only from her but from multiple residents. If you face the pool you may be told to keep blinds down to keep the property more aestically pleasing. The office manager is vile, not only her personality but her physical state as well. She engages in unprofessional behavior with some residents and then abuses her authority in a pathetic attempt to punish the other household members on the lease. Now to even more common issues, the parking at the property is very unreasonable, the designated property parking within the gate was not designed to accommodate the real parking needs of the residents. This forces residents to park up and down the streets risking property damage and theft, unless of course they pay additional charges for parking. The lack of parking is a common everyday issue. The units themselves have very thin ceilings, one of the worst I have seen. Expect to have your privacy and expectation of peace within your unit that you are paying for to be nonexistent. The carpets in the units are cheap and thin while the counter top material is also a cheap laminate. They are basically using the most inexpensive material possible to make units look nice when in reality they are not. One very large female resident was seen using the pool one evening, and was reported by a resident, it turned out that said individual had a key to the area meaning that it was an office member using the facilities after hours to give special privileges to a male friend. There were other issues with broken glass in the pool area from other residents disrespecting the property. I would stick with my first impression of this apartment community and suggest you take your business elsewhere if you are looking for new home that is safe, is decent quality, and has a professional staff.

Nice place but be careful, the leasing girl lie with many issues!

For example the complex have a fake game room, only of appearances, nobody no resident can use never before, you can only be used if you pay $250 plus a deposit fee of $1,000 dollars and only to use in office hours: -/ Hehehe!

the property is very dark, calle louetta and Jones have no light and the property is not, the back door is damaged for many months and they do not repair it and the complex is open 24 hours.the gym and the pool do not work, they are in continuous "remodeling"
