I have lived here since April 2016 and have had nothing but great experiences with the office staff. They are always friendly, polite and address my concerns in a timely manner. I absolutely love the location. Easy access to so many restaurants and stores.

I've been a resident for 5 years. Never thought I'd stay that long but I've settled in and the commute is convenient. It's hard to find a unit with attached garages and I wouldn't trade the convenience for anything. I've seen a lot of positive changes since moving in. There's been a major effort to improve the grounds, fix the gate issues and improve the overall appearance of the complex including repainting the entire exterior of the buildings and a major overhaul and upgrade of the pool area. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 starts is that the apartments do show their age (older appliances, no granite, etc.) and I wish I could get new carpet.it's really run its life. The gate issues are a recurring problem but they've replaced them. I've never had slow service with any maintenance issues. I report an issue, the guys show up. In fact, I have nothing but great things to say about the maintenance crew. The only irritating item are the tenants who are too lazy to figure out how to get the cover open on the garbage dumpsters and therefore take the incredibly inconsiderate route of leaving their trash outside the dumpster on the ground. The maintenance crew has to pick this up every week and it is a disgusting and thankless job. For us residents who figure out how to get the covers open (a broom with a long handle people.its' not that hard) it's a disgusting adventure to the dumpsters on occasion. Perhaps more dumpsters are necessary. Also, the recycle dumpsters seem to have been removed which I'd like to see come back.

Beatifull, nice and safe place, Recently we moved here but my neighbors of the apt above makes a lot of noise from 12 a.m. To 4 a.m, they walk hard, jump, move things, hit and you hear everything and we can not sleep at all, and the office manager does not provide any help Or solution, if you have neighbors who make noises at those times here, you will never be able to sleep again, we are suffering it: - (

It is a very nice and quiet apartment complex near HP, Lone Star College and the Vintage Shopping! We love it!

I live here since 6 months ago, stuffs are very kind and when I send a request for fixing every thing, they come as soon as possible.

Great place, I rented an apartment for a year and had not a single problem. The staff was great. Do not follow all the bad or good reviews, visit it and make your own decision.

Great place to live (seriously). The staff is always amazing and attentive, the apartments are beautiful plus super spacious. The complex is always kept clean and quite. Plus being off of 249 your in reach of some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer. Jessica and Stacy are rock stars and make you feel like your taking more with friends who really care than leasing staff. This is a place you can truly call home.

If I could give them 0 stars I totally would! The most crooked and unprofessional managment company we ever had to deal with! Please do not lease there, it's not worth your time and money! They will rip you off as much as they can!
