The location is ideal for us, but also super clean, well maintained, excellent show room, the coffee and snack bar is exemplary but best of all the rep worked with us extensively did a wonderful job and the loan officer was great as well We could not be any happier.

First rate mechanic work, great facilities, easy and efficient car loaner process, great support staff - all the things you value as a Lexus owner. From the time you drop the car off until you pick it up, the customer experience is first class. Our service advisor is Alan Gilley. He's been our service advisor for many years. He's the glue that keeps everything moving along. I used to write customer evaluation cards for Alan during the early years, but I ran out of superlatives to write. He's the best, the absolute best! I highly recommend Alan and the service department at Lexus of Lakeway. We've been extremely happy there.

Tall white haired service guy stole my key, then my car was broken into. Of course they lied about it. Took car to be washed and clothes were stolen out of my suitcase. Cost me $2500 in losses, then treated me like I did something wrong. No restitution made. Will have to file lawsuit.

Customer service is top notch. I have had other luxury vehicles and getting in for maintenance and/or scheduling a loaner was always a nightmare.but not with Lexus. They make it easy to drop off your vehicle and always have a smile.

This car dealership is an experience. The decor and layout is very premium, you feel like you are receiving luxury service. The building is beautiful and the people are super friendly. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through this dealership.

I visited the dealership last week to purchase a new wheel lock key and was absolutely blown away by the kindness of the staff. Every single person interacted with my son, even gave him a Lexus teddy bear and sticker. They were prompt and helpful in selling me what I needed. I usually take my car to Jiffy Lube for oil changes etc.but will absolutely be making an appointment with the dealership next time. I want to give them all the business I can.
