Yes the dealership is beautiful, with a coffee bar, nice waiting area but my trip there.lets just say the service was non-existent. It was a Saturday, my air conditioning went out in my car so I came to the dealership fully prepared to buy a vehicle.two checks in hand. After wandering the showroom and outside for a good 20+ minutes finally someone asked if I wanted help. I said yes I'd like to buy a car. I was seated in the waiting area and told someone would assist me. Well one salesperson came to the waiting room, looked at me and left. Yes I have to admit after driving in a car without AC I probably didnt look or smell great. Another 5 minutes passed and I left. I truly hope they don't actually judge customers on their appears but I can't figure out why else I wasn't served.
