With Wagyu and Angus need of the highest quality, why go anywhere else? About as close as you’ll get to an old fashioned butcher shop with tons of other stuff too!
Quality meats. They had issues with my call ahead order but went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Outstanding service. They give lessons on how to cook steaks and have several novelty items like high quality regional salsas, dairy, soaps, spices.etc.
The staff were knowledgeable and kind. Yhe meat was tasty. Good enough to turn vegans into carnivores.
I love this store. I have not been been disappointed with anything I've bought from them. They are nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to get orders specific to your needs. Well worth the trip.
Bought some angus briskets, ribeyes, and ribs from here a few times. The best quality meats you can buy. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I won't get anywhere else now!
Steak 101 dinner is fantastic. One place to have 9 different cuts of beef in one sitting. Oh yeah, the veggies and dessert are great too.
Matt Hamilton does a great job as MC of the dinners.
Most important. If you are not shopping the butcher shops once a week you are missing out. The meats and sausages are to die for.
