Logan's Roadhouse, Waxahachie TX

Really a freaking hour for 1 Dz rolls and the person there only gave me 6 do they not teach these kids that a Dz rolls are 12! Can ya please shut down and bring in TEXAS ROADHOUSE!

On Monday evening around 6: 30 my family and I decided to go out to eat and we decided to go to Logan's Roadhouse. We were seated extremely quick but when it came to our waitress it was extremely slow just to get someone over to our table. When the blue haired girl showed up finally, she asked us what we wanted to drink, and we told her. She then took her sweet time to give us our drinks let's say around 15 minutes give or take. And then we ordered our food and an hour later still did not receive our food. Thanks for reading but will never come back to this Logans again.

Bad bad bad, just FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. This place was in such a state of chaos it was actually kind of funny. Witnessed multiple partys leave, one older couple from Arizona walked out. (this is place is an embarrassment to Texas).

Management is non-existent (you can just tell), our waitress did the best she could I feel honestly but we walked in at 7: 00 pm and we didn't walk out till 9: 15.

They were out of more than just a few things on the menu which was posted on the door walking into the restaurant. Placed our order then 30 mins later get told the 12 oz ribeyes are all gone.

The place was nearly empty and still took us 45 mins to get seated after being told it would be 10 minutes.

It was so bad I couldn't even be mad, it was hilarious.

Food was ightttt. Should have just gone to taco bell!

Whatever management is there if at all needs to be FIRED. This family will NEVER go back.

Worst service, I think I've ever had at any restaurant! For one it took them about 10 mins to get our drink order. We proceed to order appetizer & our meal. Comes back and says they are out of potatoes (for the appetizer) so we said ok just forget the appetizer. Comes back with our meal saying she was just informed they are out of mashed potatoes! So we had to pick a different side. (oh and we also had to go hunt down our own silverware) My steak was super over cooked, when I asked for medium well. So dry I couldn't even swallow. Finally just asked for a to go box, & she said they were out of those as well! Everything was just horrible!

Got here at 7pm, it's 845pm still no food, after waiting 30 minutes the waitress comes to the table and says the ribeye is sold out!? People are leaving upset, where is the MANAGER? We will never come back to this place, what a shame that it's gone so downhill.

They were Out of food (prime rib, ribs, zucchini fries) then the wait time was horrible (over an hour). And then not to mention our food came out luke warm! BUT Our server (Hannah) was great! Sorry she had to deal with the mess. Waiting to hear back from the GM (Grant)

Wonderful food. Girl that served us was very proffesional, attentive and pleasant. Prime rib rocks. And that bread? I could eat baskets full. Nice place.

The past few times we have eaten at Logan’s we have had an amazing waitress named Hue. She is such a sweet and attentive lady. The rolls were hot and delicious. She even brought us some cinnamon butter to go with them. The food was also hot and delicious.

The food was alright but you could tell the steak was poor in quality and the wait staff was poor in service.

Love the food, waitress was great, the food took a while to come out. Overall experience was good. Husband had the Porter House and I had a Sirloin.

Found a hair in the salad, service was well below par, had to wait 20+ minutes to be waited on anything, shrimp was over cooked. Definitely not one of the better restaurants in Waxahachie.

Slow service. Manager to busy to help. But area director there. Area Director just sat with us at the table and visited with us and other employees. Lol, Area Director didn't even have a clue what was going on in restaurant. We won't go back here again.

Lol, from the rest of the reviews, they just going to apologize for overlooking the bad service. Lol, they need to close and let good restaurant come in.

Texas Roadhouse better

Passing through and decided to eat here. Nothing fancy. I had stacked beef, with cheddar cheese and an hour. It was tasty. Friend had steak and veggie/shrimp skewer. He said it was good as well.

First time going and wasnt Impressed, We placed our orders and both orders were wrong in one way or another. Steaks were not cooked properly. Was given a glass of tea that had stuff floating all in it.then my mixed drink had a fly in it.just wasnt impressed at all.

Went to lunch today around 11: 15am. Our table was dirty, 2 of our drinks sat for 10 mins without being refilled, my moms steak was still cold on the outside when she wanted med.

Steak was good out of crunchie onions that were to come on the steak, baked potato was not hot. Butter could not melt. Waitress was trying hard. So was a manager. I think it was just an off night.

The wait was way too long, my wife had asked for stake medium and they gave her rare i asked for mine well done ans i recieved a medium so not going back ever. I am truly surprised thay they are still in business.

Service was horrible from the time we sat down. Waitress gave my husband a smarty and full of herself. The food was served cold and burnt. I asked them to hold the rice and they still had it on my plate. Won't be coming back Stay AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!

Longest wait ever, last 3-4 times. Like 30 min from the time we order, busy or slow. Cold food, bad food. Out of things like appetizers.and ranch! Sure, they discounted our ticket, but if it has to be discounted every time, something is wrong. Only full from liquor and rolls. We said we wouldn't come back.our bad! Three strikes, you're out!

I eat here often due to being the nearest steak house BUT the service isn’t the best and the last two visits I have had to send my food back due to being cold.too long of wait!
