4530 min before we could order food, then 50 min later we walked out.worst service ever. 1 hour and 20 min total.we were told when we left that our order was the next to go in.hadn't even started cooking yet.we asked for a manager 3 times.waited 15 min then left.

No star. Came in sat down waited too long finally server not ours came to us, drinks 25 MIN for salads finally bread, got food mine had a big hair, shrimp were not cleaned hush puppies were raw and management is horrible. Poor waitresses tried to do right. Margarita was meh. Need new management we won't be back.
This place is dirty! So many flies! Waitress asked is we wanted a fly swatter! Got my cheeseburger wrong three times! Tables sticky, dust bunnies in windows, no towels in rest room. We were one of the first three groups there! Early - just opened! Dirty from night before? !? Really? !? !? Damn.clean means a lot! Need a lesson in cleaning? !? !? !? ! Awefull!
I ordered my steak medium well, but when it arrived, it was medium rare. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Nothing I hate more than sending my food back to the kitchen to try to get it right! This is a steak restaurant so they should know how to cook steaks correctly. Our server was great.he was very attentive and apologetic for the undercooked steak. Atmosphere and service is good, but I probably won't be back.
