Terrible, no help at all. The person that answer the phone was extremely rude and was no help to me. Told me I wasn't listening to him.

Waited for.a long time for one and a half hours, attendant kept saying that someone will go help pull my part without giving a estimated time.i just left the place

THESE PEOPLE WILL TELL YOU OVER THE PHONE THAT THE PART YOU LOOKING FOR WORKS AND ONCE YOU ARE THERE THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT FOR A LONG TIME. MOST OF THE TIME THE PARTS ARE NO GOOD AND CAN NOT FORGET TO MENTION THE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VULGAR LANGUAGE THAT THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES USE. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

Had a good experience. They let me work on my car (minor stuff) in the parking lot. I wasn't happy with the part so they let me exchange it (twice). Prices aren't the cheapest, but they almost always have what I need. Employees can be a bit gruff, but it's a junkyard - not a dealership. Going back today for another part run.

Called and asked for simple parts. A cir clip for a bmw X5 rear airbags. 10 parts at best have to buy whole air bag at 150 to have clips. I two brand new bags for 130. So this place sucks in my opinion. Not they're to help you out.

I love this place, service is fast and Mr. Jim always takes care of my needs and I admire a man like him in a wheelchair and still works and know his parts.

I haven't been here before, yet. However, I am pleased with the reviews but am displeased that I am unable access the website from my Apple device. Just posting to request an update that may allow for this functionality.

Some ppl have no idea what of getting into an European Import vehicle means, HIGH maintenance HIGH price, You want to Ride like a Church Pastor spend like one if You want to have Your car running without hic ups doesn't matter if You get the parts from the Stealership or a Salvage Yard, parts on these cars will always be expensive, if You can't maintain it sell it, plain and simple, I've tried these guys before with no problems.

Jose was of no help. Do not do business here! Parts are too expensive and they have no idea what customer service means.

This place is a joke. Called in on a advertised part and they won't sell it. Sad is not worth their time and effort. WoW, what a junk business to deal with. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else where they respect customers spending money.
