Long John Silver's, Houston TX

The food was ok but it took me forever to go from the ordering location to the drive through window. I had the fish and chicken and the chicken was a little dry. But what can you expect from a fast food restaurant. The one thing that bothered me was i asked for tater sauce but didn't receive any. The fries were a little over cooked.

How do you not include tartar sauce in the bag? Like seriously dumbfounded and can't even begin to comprehend how I'll get through this meal.

Ljs may not be as close to as it once was but it still makes you remember how great it was when you stop by. The batter is still the signature and theyre menu what it advertises. I personally continue to like the tase of it all.

Nothing special about this place it's not bad and it's not great it's fair but they do need to do something about the dining room

I had Hiram take care of my order at the drive thru. This guy knows customer service at its Best. I was so pleased and the food was EXCELLENT Even right before closing time. Great Service overall

The only issue I had is you couldn't hear or understand the person that was taking our order over the intercom

Food was got and fresh I ordered the #11 when I ment to order the chicken thankfully they remembered who I am and the manager switched out the fish for chicken for that they will forever have my business thank you to the pregnant woman working there for asking the manager to switch it for me

Long John Silver's has always been a favorite place of mine to stop at and that continues to remain to this day

Will never come here again. Didn't even get to order my food and guy with fake contacts caught attitude Must love their job

They fried the chicken and fish in the same nasty old and burnt grease. The chicken and fish do not taste like any food product I'm familiar with. No pride from the employees and manager here. Will never return.

Absolutely terrible service. 1 hr before closing and the guy starts yapping and complaining how he can't do his job. A simple sorry, we can't do that order because it's close to closing time.

Worst service ever had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and still had a meal missing. Waited another 15 minutes for that to get done

Horrible Service. Workers moved super slow and seemed frustrated when asked for the things you pay for.

Waited in drive thru for an hour! And the guy at the drive thru wasnt speaking loud enough to hear. After waiting 30 min he then tells me he has no corn.worst service ever. Dont ever go there unless you want to wait a whole hour

Came in after work nobody was here and had to wait 25 minutes for our food, no one came and told us anything, they kept talking amongst their selves and acting like we were not there. Then the girl starts cleaning around us and still says nothing about our food, will never come back again

Just left there about 20 minutes ago. No employees around at all and one customer eating. Finally after several minutes a sassy guy with and attitude finally walks up to the register acting irritated l, like we disturbed him from whatever he was doing in the back. No apologies for making us wait, just attitude. Then my wife try’s ordering and he snaps at her that she needs to speak up, he can’t hear her. At that point I told her let’s leave. He says nothing, and let’s us just walk out. Will never go back. Competition is everywhere and no need to spend money where it’s not welcome

The inside was cute, actually. Had a juke box and booths. But the workers were rude. We ordered hamburgers. The manager came up and cleared the screen and told the cashier "no hamburgers right now. " Didn't tell her why, didnt tell us why. Ok fine. We ordered fish. I told the cashier I wanted rice. I got fries. I told the girl that made the plate that I had wanted rice. The cashier came up and said "you ordered fries". Um.no. I ordered rice. The girl making the plate looked at me like I had just ruined her day by having to get me a little cup of rice. Everyone just seemed so put out. I won't be going back to that one.
