Long John Silver's, Houston TX

The staff left us waiting without acknowledgement for roughly five minutes. When they did take our order, the guy didn't seem to want to be there, required us to repeat the order twice. Repeatedly called me 'miss thing' when telling the total, asking for my signature on the receipt, and giving the final copy. He also made a remark about feeling the attitude coming off of some people. After we were given our food, we told him that we hadn't appreciated how he acted, his response was to get an attitude and tell us that working there is all he was qualified to do. Lastly, we had asked for extra crumbs, to which we were actually given none.
There's usually a bit of a wait because they seem shorthanded but this was by far, the worst visit I have had at this location.

Food was salty. Seen the cook grab shrimp from the cooler with her bare hands then battered them. No gloves were used. Staffing was horrible.

My daughter ask for root beer shake the guy said that was not such thing i know my daughter got it wrong is a root beer float that person was very rude make my daughter feel very bad, he is terrible employee i won't go back, this was my first time at thus location.

Went for the all you can eat. Food was really good. Not to many LJS have good food anymore. The food was hot and not the under the heat lamp hot. Staff was friendly. Note that not all Long John Silvers do the all you can eat.

The light colored guy packing for drive thru I checked my order and told him that I was missing some coleslaw he said no I showed him and he walked away talking mess and he made me get ghetto and my grandson tripped out he has never seen me mad

This place was disgusting, and unprofessional. There were Bugs on the drink machinem. The cashier Veosha and the cook were so slow. I waited 20 min for my food. There was ketchup sitting on the floor the whole time I was sitting down right next to me. Definitely needs a better crew and someone needs to clean up better. Foods good though!
