I rolled up here for my main girl and let er do a bit a shopping. Dang, it took her a while but the parking lot just kept offering me wine so im like, cool, take yer time girl!

I came in to buy sunglasses, the lady that let me in the store was not very friendly, the man that helped me out was not knowledgeable of the items that were in the store and was not friendly or interactive. The overall experience was not great! LV stores are a place of fun shopping experience and environment inside the store and I did not receive that at all! Disappointed with the employees rudeness and unfriendliness!

Excited to find the Felicie pochette. Sunny the advisor was so helpful throughout the process. I am pleased her store had the bag it has been difficult to purchase since is out of stock online.

Thank you Rocio for giving me such an incredible experience today I'm in love with my LV. The service here is top notch plus the staff did a phenomenal job managing all the new COVID-19 restrictions while providing excellent customer service. Very pleased with my purchase and enjoyed shopping at the store.

Delightful experience! The manager, Sunny, was fantastic and Aylin was such a pleasure to shop with. The staff there did a phenomenal job managing all the new COVID-19 restrictions while providing excellent customer service. Aylin was extremely knowledge and so patient with me as I made my selections. She made shopping a fun experience and I will be back to see her soon. Highly recommend this location, they are doing everything right!

I previously shopped here for my Christmas present and it was a good experience. My husband purchased another purse for my birthday and it was a totally different experience. I wanted to exchange it for a different color. I was told I needed to make an appointment & said I could be there by 2: 00, then received a text to be there @ 1: 45 which I could not make. Upon my 1: 55 arrival a very snooty woman told me I had missed my appt & would need to stand outside in 102 temperature til someone could help me. After waiting about 10 min, I finally ask her to find anybody so I could return the purse & they were just fine w/that. No apologies - nothing. Evidently you have to make an appointment at their convenience & only allotted 15min to buy or don’t let the door hit you in the behind. I’m done!

Earlier in the month, went the the store with my sister (who, historically, visited the store and purchased multiple items) and she had experienced the worst customer service and discrimination at the store during this encounter. This was soley done by the condescending store manager, Larissa Hubeler. My sister attempted to escalate the matter by notifying the corporate offfice of this unacceptable behavior. However, she received a generic corporate email reply.
In addition, corporate office provided my sister's mobile number to the Larissa and she called and harassed my sister once more over the phone.
With it being a high end store, this is sub-standard and poor at the local level and corporate level. I will be making an official complaint to the Better business bureau. Other please see this as a warning!

Let me just say, shopping in a high end store such as this and being black doesn't mix. I'm not going to steal the purse. I just want the full pampering experience like everyone else and I don't want your eyes following me every where. I want to feel comfortable and welcome. Is that much to ask? My sales associate was very accommodating and kind, it was a few others that made it obvious that they were watching us. That mixed with my other half not feeling comfortable made for a bad experience. I chucked not buying a bag off on my partner and the cost and said I'd return alone, but I'm not. I'll buy online.

I will NEVER set foot in this store again. I have been a LOYAL customer of LV for OVER 15 YEARS, and NEVER have I had an experience like today in the Austin store. I recently moved to Austin (all my other LV purchases have been in Dallas and Houston), so this was my first time in the Austin store (Domain).

I called on Monday and asked if it would be ok to come into the store and pick up a few shopping bags as I was reorganizing my closet and wanted to properly store my LV handbags. The gentleman said no problem just come on in. I drove A HOUR AND A HALF. I got to the store and the manager on duty said that she would NOT give me any shopping bags. This was after SHE PULLED UP MY ACCOUNT and could see all the purchases I have made over 15 years. I showed her my phone where she could see the call I placed to the store on Monday. Still after seeing proof of my call AND proof of my purchases for the past 15 years, she would NOT give me any shopping bags.

What a TERRIBLE experience. LV has lost a 15 year customer. I will NEVER be back.

I rated low because a few other reviewers state they were discriminated for ethnicity. It’s 2020. We don’t recognize racism.

I came in with friend excited to buy a purse for her birthday. We did walk in 10 min until close but we knew what we wanted. She was just trying them on. When 10 minutes after, one sales associate told us to hurry and make our last selection since they were closing. They did not say anything or seem impatient as another couple was there finalizing their purchase.
When that comment was made I suggest to my friend that since they are closing then maybe we should just order online and one of their employees commented, "yes, we close at 6". Same sales associated who had just got done helping the couple.
I understand the scheduled times of work but I don't think I've ever felt more kicked out then today.
We will not come back to this store and the blonde guy that made that comment should not be working there if he does like to attend his customers.

I am not the type of person to write a review about any place but that was just frustrating and rude especially on my friends birthday.

Walked around for about 15 minutes, no one wanted to help, or make eye contact. Probably based on our looks? Plenty of employees not busy, just not interest in making sales I guess? You’re not that high end LV ‍️

I had an awesome experience at the store. I had assumed I was there for a repair. However, I learned my bag was needing to be replaced. My SA was awesome and knew exactly what my purchases were in the past. I returned my bag and bought an Artsy and a wallet. The replacement bag is similar to my original bag and I'm pleased with it.
Anyssa provided great customer service and made me feel I was the only one in the store. I will be back.

I was very disappointed in what they had to say about repairs to a bag I purchased 5yrs ago. That bag cost me 1200 and it can't be repaired? Sorry but that's unacceptable!

Repairs are a joke! My bag was sent for repairs on 6//28/19 and today 9/20/19, LV said they have no idea when and if it will be repaired. This bag is only a year old and the leather ripped and handles had to be changed. Quality is not what it use to be.

I took my 2 year old lock me tote bag in for repair due to the straps tearing and some other flaws. My problem was solved immediately, since this was a bag defect, and the bag was purchased in London. I was given two options either store credit or new bag. My other bag was given by my father, didnt want to turn it in due to sentimental value. I have another lock me bag. Very happy with the customer care service.

All I can say is Brandy is THE BEST client advisor I’ve ever had in a all my luxury shopping. Her customer service is everything that luxury shopping should be about. Got my first Louis here & I couldn’t be happier with the bag, the store and availability of products. This is where you need to get all your Louis in Texas!:)

Just want to say that the LV Austin location and its staff are awesome. I was a difficult customer, but they really did everything to make me happy. Nadia, Marc, Anthony and a manager lady whose name I don’t know, were all super helpful and understanding. I truly appreciate the great customer service. Thank you.
