24The price was different from what was on the showcase for the door lower but they charge me an higher price but they change it tho they owner the price showed was the right price but overall good
The lady at check out was nice, however I had an issue with an item
mix up in pricing. The dolly I purchased, they had the wrong price posted for it. And I was told that someone didn't put out the right ones for the sale, and the right price tag wasn't even posted at all for the one I choose either. We stood waiting a long time for them to find the right one.however, my husband n I got tired of waiting so we just purchased the higher one. My issue is they clearly saw this was a mistake on their part but refused to at least offer some sort of discount for our inconvenience even when I asked. It wasn't our fault the tag was showing the wrong price and the item we got price wasn't posted.and the actual item for the price posted wasn't out on the floor. There were multiple dollys under the price tag we choose, not just one, everything else in that area was correct that we purchased.so if your not gonna honor the price tag displayed that customers think is valid, at least offer 15% off or something. SMH, disappointed in management.

Work customer service! We bought a picnic table brand new to be assembled- waited 4 days for it - then it took almost two hours for them to give it to us - and it has mold damage all over the top. Said it came like that - well send it back and give us a good one! Seriously! Sending pics to their Corp office! Can I give no stars?
The store great, the returns customer service sucks. 1 employee, 10 customers in line. Out of curiosity when I asked "are you guys hiring" the answer was a quick NO. Plenty of checkers, but not if you want customer service.
Order online and pick up in store is a joke! I have tried to order on line with the "pick up in store" option 4 times now, and each time the order end up getting cancelled. Lowes never emails or calls to let me know it's been cancelled - I find out when I call a couple days later to inquire when the order will be ready for pickup. On the most recent attempt, I asked why this keeps happening and the person told me there is often "a mis-match between our recorded inventory and what's in store. " Great. This must happen frequently (or I have terrible luck).
I have a wide variety of home accessories hardware and tools. The prices are average.the quality of the customer service has clearly gone down over the years. They push you to use the self-checkout Lanes which don't work very well.
They used to have good knowledgeable customer service that has also fallen off significantly in the last few years. Ordering online is laughable. It simply does not work at all.if you need customer service in the store in order to find something or even worse get something down from up I expect a very long wait. Like cattle we are all falling in line obediently, accepting this type of store.
1st year that I've gotten a Christmas tree here rather than at the location in the front of Kingwood. This location was very basic in their service level. Trimmed it and netted it and took my money that was it. The other location helped me loaded on the car tied it down and was much more helpful.
Last time I visited they we're out of stock what I wanted. That was ok because I bought it on Amazon for less.
This store has fallen apart in the last year or so. I don’t know where they find these so called managers, every time I go to this location they are always under staffed in outside garden & the registers & the managers have attitudes. The only managers Ive had problems with is Steven he is rude & has a very smirky attitude & I’ve also had problems with another manager last month I believe her name is Nicole. It’s sad to see how bad this store has got I used to come here but now I just go to the kingwood location.
Spent over 500 dollars on Christmas decorations went to check out waited forever then was told in order to apply my military discount which I am already registered for I had to go wait in another line at customer service which was going out the front door this is the only Lowes I have been to where they make you wait in line to check out then go wait in line at customer service to get your discount applied I will take my business to home depot from now on
Had to go find a cart to haul the tree I was buying. The ladies working there were nice and helpful.
They are mostly all good but I use this soot the most and they do care about each and every customer.
They took forever to come and help us every one just walking around doing nothing passing us not asking if we needed help until finally somebody stopped and asked
Here lately their service is lacking. Long lines, when they actually have a lane open other than the self checkout. When you do an online order, takes forever for them to fill it. Quicker to go do it yourself.
Couldn't get any help even after calling from service desk twice in lawnmower department. Went 6 miles to Home Depot.
I mean, it's pretty self explanatory but they have always had what I needed.
I wish they would open at least 1 register that wasnt self checkout.
They make good money from their patrons, so I would think they could put at least 1 person to work at those registers.
Their appliance delivery sucks. Last night received the confirmation that our delivery would be made today between 12 noon and 2 pm. Come 2 pm no washer and dryer. I called the delivery tracking service. My delivery window had been changed to between 3 pm and 5 pm. At 445 I received a text confirming my delivery window of between 3 and 4 and that I would receive a text when they were 30 minutes out. Did I mention that I got the text about my delivery window at 445. It is now 520 and dispatch can’t tell me when I will see my new appliances. What a waste of a Saturday.
Yes karla on customer care shes really rude and shes always in a bad mood it been couple tinws i go there and she have a bad attitude not even me they several people they complain about her.to be working as customer services it should be nice personalities
Staff is friendly and helpful but there are not enough cashiers ever. 8 to 10 people waiting in line on any given weekend. One cashier and self check. Based on the number of people setting items aside and leaving to avoid waiting I’d say you could afford an additional cashier.
