Myself and another customer just spent 20 minutes in the plumbing isle waiting on someone to come help us. We had another employee page someone three times and nobody showed up on our way to Ace
We (my Husband and I) always go to this location and we've never had any issues. We always get good customer service and we always find whatever it is we need there and if they don't have what we need, the employees are always very helpful to locate the item we need at other stores or online.
I made an order online (for store pick up) on June 23, paying through gift card. The order was cancelled because the item was out of stock. The manager contacted me telling me they would mail a refund gift card to me. I never received any gift card. Then I went to the store in the end of August. After more than 30 minutes' waiting, the customer service lady wrote down my name and phone number, and asked me back home waiting for her call "in the next week". No call at all to today (10/18). I called Lowes customer service several times in September and October. They contacted the store manager, and I was always told that the manager would contact me "in the next week". No information at all. It is like a ridiculous loop: Call - "We will contact you" - No message - Call - "We will contact you" - No message -. Still, they hold my money and I got nothing from them.
