Everything I buy from their Marshall location is a nightmare
Call back to.place a complaint on anything and the store manager hung up and refused to come back to the phone. After speaking with the assistant manager I was given a replacement refrigerator and I'm just getting that replacement resolved after a year of a warped door. This is after the return of the 1st one, which I had to keep for 2wks that was scratched and dented by the delivery crew.
Returned the dishwasher.
Got my ceiling fan installed correctly after try number 3.
Stick to buying in the garden department. It's difficult to mess up potting soil.

We went here because our local lowes glass cutter was down and we waited hour to get multiple pieces of windows cut and couldnt get any help called for them twice ended up buying a cheap glass cutter that didnt work worth a darn and I still need windows will not go back

I have worked for the Longview store now 16 years. Always people willing to help find what you need. Evenings are harder to find help because staffing and most are part time. There are knowledgeable staff. May not be in every department because of staffing as I mentioned.

Getting pretty busy at opening time on Sunday morning. Great service as always. Just extremely aggravating there's so many macho men (and women) who are too good to wear a mask! Wouldn't wish Coronavirus on anyone; but, wish they'd catch it instead of those who care about others!

On my last visit alot of the aisle markers were wrong. The signs and website would point to a location for an item only for and its section to be several aisles over or missing completely.

Would be be nice if there wasn't so many displays in the aisles. Unable to actually look at items if someone comes down the aisle. I was unable to continue shopping because employee was moving ladder. I moved down aisle but realized this would not help. So I left.

Thank you for honoring the military the way you do. Prices are fair and competitive and you now carry craftsman. Will continue to shop here!

I love lowes, I know the store inside and out! They always have a knowledgable person to answer your questions, and they treat our veterans with respect!

Wasn't real happy, tried getting assistance in lighting dept twice. In a combined wait of @ 30 min.never had anyone show up.

Same as Home Depot not much to chose from in window blinds although they where in process if remodeling that section more products better service

I buy a lot of plumbing supplies here. I am always pleasantly surprised by how much most of the employees know and are willing to help.

I'm not giving any stars to the Lowe's in Longview, Texas.because we had to wander around and find things on our own while going around closed off isles with no employees present, I had to load everything I needed by myself and push the carts loaded with 4 sheets of plywood, 40.2x4'sx8'. 45.1x3x8,10 sheets of tin 10' long, 4.2x4x10', 2 large boxes of screws.and 2 boxes of metal screw's for the tin, and 25.dog ear fence boards, I asked the clerk at the checkout for help loading, she said someone would be right there, I am a 100% Disabled American Veteran, and I spent almost $600 in there I waited 20 minutes and started loading it myself when I was almost finished a young black guy came over and pushed 1 1x3 towards me about a foot I informed him it was a little to late for any help And he walked off I finished by myself.and left I am through with Lowe's in Longview, Texas. I will either go to home depot, or Lowe's in lindale, or sulfur springs, but never Longview, Texas.this is not the first time this has happened at this location. Monday August 6th around 3 - 4 p.m.

How do I love this place, everything I was looking for and the help was right on it, what friendly people!

Waiting for anyone to show up at the paint desk here at the Longview Lowe's is a true test of one's patience.

Great floor plan good products.but staff is every where but will verry seldom help u and never walk u to an item

Purchased windows and doors in May, finally installed (most) in June, it's now August and can't get the job finished or anyone from lowes to provide any information or make it right. Don't waste your time here.

I waited almost 30 minutes for help with lighting. After 3 pages, no one from that department showed up

I quit shopping at home depot because of customer service. I now think that Lowe's has absolutely the worst customer service in Longview and now thinking about going back to home depot. Thumbs down for Lowe's.

Purchased an air conditioner (in the box, not the sale item). Got it home, out of the box, and partially installed before we noticed the dent in the side of the casing. It matched damage to the box that could only have been done before we purchased it. There's no way we could have inflicted that kind of damage to the ac after purchase. It didn't affect the ac function and we already had it half way installed so we just went with it. Check your product carefully before you buy. This is as much a 3-star review on my ability to see damage as it is on the employees who handled this product.

I love this store. They have almost everything I need to work on my home. They've got reasonable prices too.
