CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! HOW DO YOU SELL A RIDING LAWN MOWER AND NOT GIVE THE BUYER A KEY! So I ask them to give me another key, they send me to hardware who is clueless and then come to find out they sell a universal krh for this mower. However, the employee has no clue. The Manager says universal key on isle 28 and could have been kind enough to show me and not waste any more of my time DIDN'T so here we go again. Very frustrating and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
