Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
21Better shopping experience than at Home Depot. Home Depot now packs their aisles with merchandise & you can not get through their stores anymore
Very Bad and poorly customer service. They all including the managers ignored you. They don't answere there phone calls. Take them 15-20min.to answer, and when they finally answer. They just hangup. Very disappointed in this store. As a matter of fact, I'm on the phone still waiting!
Greeted right away. Went in through garden center. Got what I needed then checked out. Very friendly cashier. Did not get his name.
Called for delivery questions on 2 different days and held on the phone for over an hour. Never had the chance to speak with an associate.
Javon is the best. Went above and beyond trying to help. Called other stores. All around excellent. Makes this location that much better.
Tremendous value And they now have 3 handicap Motorized carts! A big step up from the previous time of only one available in the entire store. Now if only the restroom where checked on a regular basis!
I requested help to find a part to repair my toilet. A member near the rug/cabinet area said she’ll call someone to help me…. Fast forward 10 minutes and STILL no help! Very bad and pathetic customer service (aside from a few good members). Either follow through with what you say or just say you can’t help! Extremely unacceptable, keep it up I won’t come back and I’ll go to a different store.
Poor management, everytime I go there's only one register is open. Long lines and management doesn't seem to care. Going back to the Alamo Ranch area Lowe's. Better management
Terrible customer service.waited over 15 min to have someone cut plexiglass for me had to ask 3 different associates to send someone.when someone finally came they were asking me to help them make dots on every single piece i had to make straight cut when the machine clearly has rulers and all i wanted was to cut it in half when she finally cut it it was crooked and crack left i left and will now have to make a trip to a different lowe’s.
Never had so many bad experiences at this one store. Supervisor at customer service desk was ignorant to what was happening around her. Just saying customer service desk deserves more talent enough to answer simple questions.
Super disappointed when I tried to come and buy these products that I was not able to buy online. It said there where 20 in store. When I go there I went to the front and was told it was the wrong one but that they were in stock. After three employees Ada manager helping they lose slowly left me after not being able to locate them in the store. I waited about 15 minutes until I realized no one was coming back. I just walked out the store. I literally came here because it said it was in stock and then informed by the employee it was too. The only problem was they didn’t know where it was. Seemed a bit disorganized and no one wanted to take responsibility.
Went in for a bag of fertilizer to winterize my grass. I found precisely what I wanted, paid an alright price, and excited the garden area, all within 10 minutes.
Worst customer service at any Lowe’s I have ever been to. Bunch of kids that don’t know what they’re doing walking around eating Cheetos while two managers walking around the back and I’m here waiting 45 minutes for two pressure washers for a special order which they cannot find. Customer service really isn’t what it used to be.
One hour later the little kid with a crazy hair found my 2 pressure washers help me load them I had a one star but I guess I’ll change it to three because you really can’t blame the kid because you’re only as good as your leader and Feels like management dropped the ball
The parking lot could have been "policed" better, other than that it was a great visit. We found everything we needed and the staff were extremely helpful.
Great place for all your home necessary, food, home, car repairs, and many more. Great staff, friendly, building well maintained,
Ria the "head cashier" is literally the worst with customer service. I just needed a reprint of a receipt, and Ria made it seem like it was going to be impossible. Luckily Crystal was able to help me get what I needed in a professional manner. Thank you Crystal!
Lowe's is ok, I used the App to try to find what I needed and became a little frustrated with locating a specific location. The markings on the isles could be better located for easier viewing. I did find my items after a few minutes.
Looking to replace things for my sink. The gentleman working at Lowe's was able to direct me to correct aisle. He offered to take me, but I declined and found the item. Great support by staff.
Horrible experience ordering appliances. Made an order on 06/29/2021 with a scheduled delivery for 10/02/2021, delivery calls the day before to let me know that they will not be delivering due to not having the appliances. Poor communication and very upset that this information could not have been brought to my attention any sooner than 1 day before delivery. HORRIBLE!
Lowe's is always my first choice of hardware stores because of the selection, organization of products and consistency. However, many times they seem to be critically understaffed with qualified associates when help is needed. Being a professional handyman and a Lowe's Pro, when I need help finding products for a given purpose, I generally know exactly where to find then but, when I need something that I may not know the exact description of or an item that would work for the situation, getting someone knowledgeable enough to understand what I need can be a challenge. This seems to be a growing problem as the associates are younger and less knowledgeable than in the past. The older and more knowledgeable associates seem to be much fewer and farther in between than in the past. More effort should be expended to hire more qualified people in the respective departments and or more quality and in depth training for the current staff should be instituted before a competitor does. When I help customers on the spot because, the associates are unable and then told that I should get a vest by that associate. While that is flattering, it is also a bit unsettling for obvious reasons.
