Lowe's Home Improvement, Southlake TX

I shop Lowes a lot. This particular one had very bad staffing in the plumbing department. I had to guess about what I needed after waiting thirty minutes for help. This is unusual for a Lowes. At all others the staff has been excellent!

I went to Lowes to purchase kitchen appliances and was not assisted by any associates. Even when I found associates to help me I was rudely ignored as they kept talking to each other.

The service here is always top notch the people go above and beyond to help you with whatever you're looking for.

I'm giving them a one simply because of lack of advertisement. Their cutting center doesn't support small lumber cuts, which is a known issue according to their manager David but only found out after cutting some boards out of a full plywood sheet. If this is a known issue please place a disclaimer on your machine.

People were helpful since this store is laid out differently from the Lowes in Denton and I had to ask questions.
Check out was fast and easy. The gentleman who checked my purchases was nice and pleasant.

Turns out Lowe’s doesn’t price match other Lowe’s stores or their own published online prices. (And they were rather blunt about it.)
Pretty crazy for a big box store.
Guess I have to go to Home Depot to price match a Lowe’s price.
Go figure.

It had products I was looking for whereas two other Lowes did not. The staff was friendly and the store was easy to navigate.

Dude this store is sooo much bigger and cleaner than other lowes. I usually like Home Depot better but after going into THIS lowes and seeing the tool section.let’s just say I was impressed!

Waited for over a hour to be helped in appliances as I wanted to buy dishwasher, fridge, oven, range, and microwave.finally gave up and went home

There is a great assortment of indoor plant options. The prices are reasonable and all the plants are healthy and clean.

Was looking for fire alarms had them in a multi pack for $65 vs. $20 each IMPORTANT these had the "old" plug That worked with our house. Hope Depot ONLY had new plug units. Very short sided since people are normally replacing THE OLD UNITS. Lowes buyer SMART, HD buyer DUMB.

I had a pretty good experience here. The place looked pretty clean and well-maintained and the staff was all pretty friendly to me. I found what I needed quickly and got out quickly. The cashier was nice in the garden center.
