Lowe's Home Improvement, Euless TX

This is the Lowes at Precinct Line and Hwy 26 (Grapevine Hwy). We were there to buy a door after finding one online. The employee was very helpful and courteous. We ended up buying the door. The only negative is that Lowes didn't have the style we wanted, so we settled for what they had because to get what we wanted would have cost twice as much.

Took 45 minutes for them to find my order that got to euless location. Package had only been there 12 hrs.

This store has chronic stocking problems. It says in stock online, but when you arrive you find an empty shelf. This has been happening for months. For example today, the website says 19 cans of spray paint are in stock- nowhere to be found on the shelf or up above in storage.

I would not recommend coming here unless it's a short drive, and you can afford to walk away empty handed. Arrow Bolt & Electric and Home Depot are somewhat close and seem to have significantly better stocking systems. Prices on Amazon are also competitive.

Employees are helpful, I want to be clear that this seems to be a supply chain or technical issue. Multiple employees have helped me look for stock, they do their best to try and make things work.

The staff over there seem they are working in a wrong place. They made sure you know that. I was trying to get some help but the guy did not seem he cared. I will try my best not going there going forward. Lowe’s Southlake store is better.

If you want to meet the nicest, professional, helpful, and informative person then head to the Paint Department in Lowe's and ask for John. I have never painted "anything" in my 60 years and John helped me get everything I needed for the job, shared his recommendations because I didn't have a clue, and even told me how to clean my paint brush when through with the job. We even had a few laughs and in these days and times that was very refreshing! Kudos to you John for working your job with enthusiasm (which is also rare these days), and, kudos to you Lowe's for hiring such an outstanding individual.

This locations is awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great variety in products. Great deals and good prices. Easy and fast returns.

I initially went to Lowes in Dallas to buy a washer for the first time. I was ignored as if I came in to look around. I then went to Euless to purchase. I paid $701.00 for a Maytag Bravos with a scheduled delivery. I received a text in the late part of the day stating the machine was not on the truck. Delivery was rescheduled the following day. At this time I still do not have my washing machine. Needless to say I will never do ANY kind of business with Lowes again. I am going to go get my money back tonight if I can not have this delivered.

I go to Lowe's now instead of Home Depot because the service is better in the early years of HD they had good service their tool rental is still good but HD isn't the same you have to hunt all over for assistance. Lowe's is always clean, friendly, organized and I can always find usually a couple employee's in my isle or the next. That means to me they value me and my time. Every problem I've arrived there with in a search of this or that to solve it. Lowe's employees are always ready and very knowledgeable to help. Oh and I'm a veteran they have special parking like handi cap just for veterans. What other store does that? Lowe's is my home improvement and home repair store. My first stop always.

Ordered in Stock bulky items to be delivered because it would’ve taken multiple guys and multiple trucks to do it myself. Got a delivery from another Lowe’s location with a portion of the items, meanwhile haven’t heard a word from this location. Have since waited on hold/showed up in-store, usually taking 30 minutes to get to a manager who then promises another delivery date. Then the delivery date passes and no delivery. Rinse and repeat. On delivery day 3 now with again no phone call and no delivery.

This is an easy one. It's Lowe's. If you own a home or an office, you will frequent either Lowes or Home Depot. The thing is. I dread going to Home Depot, but never to Lowes. They always have a good selection of products and this location is good at keeping tabs on their inventory, assuming they aren't dealing with theft, which does happen I am sure at all Lowes but I've been told it's a tad bit of a problem at this one, although it's still in a nice area.

Never any help when you need it. Adked cashier to page for help no one came. There use to be a call button when you needed help but those devices have been removed. Alternative go to home depot.

It's Friday morning, and NO ONE in your blinds department that can set up appointments for window measurements, will be in until 3pm this afternoon? Really? You do know, that most people's days START loooong before 3pm, right? At 3pm, most people start winding down their day! Oh well, I guess it's off to a different window treatment store, that has more accommodating hours for NORMAL PEOPLE! Smfh

Like other warehouse-style home improvement stores, this place has everything you need for home projects. It's clean and organized well. The employees are pretty nice and take good care of you. Good quality products.

The store is generally clean, prices are okay. I need to make specific mention of Jim in hardware. Patient, helpful, and friendly, he takes the time to help you out, whether it be taking the time to try to help you devise a away to modify lock designs, or patiently answer and explain a hundred questions asked by your children as you get a replacement key made. He's solely responsible for my continued business.

Yet another big box store putting the little hardware and paint stores out of business. Mom and pop stores seem destined to go extinct, very sad as there is tremendous knowledge being lost. The employees here are friendly and helpful with an occasional experienced worker but that's what we get for being concerned with price over knowledge.

Went to buy a toilet. It was very hard to find someone to help us since it was 85 lb we had a hard time lifting it and putting it in the cart ourselves. The cashier was very nice and the young man that helped this ticket to the car was also very nice. It was not one of our more pleasant visit

My first goto for Hardware needs. 10% discount for Veterans (with proof). Great selection. Good knowledgeable customer support also.

My All Time Favorite Lowe's location! Always bargains, unlike many other stores. Customers will return again and again, when yhey feel like they have had a bargain. *always great selection! I drive past another Lowe's to come to this store! Great staff!

Nice clean store. Everyone is super helpful. Of course it was early in the morning, but the staff went out of there way to help me find everything and get checked out fast.
