Employees were very scarce, when you found one they didn't know the answers, and one actually said he would check on something and walked away and never came back. Don't know how they stay in business with employees that don't know their products.

No one came to ask me for assistance, but in the end, the product I was looking for wasn't in the store.

The people here are pretty nice and helpful, though it can take a while to find someone who can help you. The store it typically clean and well organized, and the parking lot is usually not too full or crowded.

Lowe's had a great Memorial Day sale on Hibiscus plants. So I bought a beautiful pink one with many buds that are about to bloom. I also bought a bag of Miracle Gro plant soil that was on sale for $2.50. I also bought a new flowering plant called Serena Angelonia. It has beautful pink flowers. It was only $4.98 & it likes the sun. So it's perfect for our environment.

Dirty store, employees are mediocre, cant seem to open on time, been going here for a while and spoke with store manager before but bothing seems to change.

This place is hit and miss.one day you are escorted to what you need and the next the employees act stupid.

UPDATE: I NO LONGER SHOP HERE. I NEEDED SUPPLIES TO LAY A CERAMIC TILE FLOOR. THEIR EMPLOYEE WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT HE SOLD ME 3 TIMES WHAT I NEEDED! ALL OF IT WAS RETURNED AND I WENT TO HOME DEPOT INSTEAD.

I ordered a complete new privacy Fence (6.5'tall x 274ft long) with two 10’ wide gates. Also we upgraded from standard 2-3/16” poles to the next heavier gage steel for durability and strength. The sales team said I would need 9’ tall poles instead of 8’ because I’m having 2”x6” pressure treated rot boards installed. And I upgraded to Stainless steel nails, pressure treated 2”x4” cross members, 5.5”x5/8” thick Douglas fir slats and Pecan stained.

However the install team cut all the poles back to 8’ with a band saw. Lowes also ordered 3” poles for my gate posts and they are too weak and one set of gates slightly sag under the weight. The installer said they should have supplied 4” or larger and preferably square for that one set of gates. We found the P. O.was written for Galvanized nails, and I did receive cash for the difference in the pole sizes.

I’ve also ordered Pella dual pane and e-coated windows and custom Storm doors. They look great and did a fantastic job.

We ordered all new Kitchen Aid kitchen appliances for my kitchen. The service has been good with appliance delivery and installation. It’s actually been excellent.

Ordering custom cabinets was easy with Lowe's software, a 3-d view of the kitchen made choices easier. The counter-tops with built in sink is amazing. The install went flawless and my kitchen is unbelievable.

Flooring: I did not agree with the cost of the flooring and installation and had to go elsewhere. I went to Sam’s club of all places.

I was at 4.5 stars overall until I tried to buy a lawnmower.

I reduced my rating to 2 stars with what happened with Patrick the Manager on Duty last night.

Through the entire remodel I never asked for a deal, discount or special privilege. The products were good and service was excellent. However I need to mow my lawn and my old mower wont start. I never thought If I asked for a deal on a lawnmower at Lowe's after spending that $45k that I would I get treated like I was.

I had printed out a screen shot of a Husquvarna riding lawnmower that costs $1199. Nothing special like a $5000 mower, just a base model 40" cut. He looked at me and said with a deceitful tone of voice, " So you want me to just give you this for free? "

Really? All I was asking for was a discount. Patrick said there is no money in lawn mowers for him to discount. Then sweet lady Ms. Kimberly from the installation dept was trying to help me and said out loud "any employee can give a 10% discount to a customer I just dont understand". Patrick then looked at a computer, told me he would discount me $100 but I had to buy a $1700 mower. I said that's the deal Husquvarna is doing online, you not offering me anything. He turned his back and answered a phone call on the customer service desk and blew me off.

I left the store, I cannot believe they let me walk out. I had to buy a lawnmower from the Lowe's in Decatur Texas. I have to make a 231 mile round trip to get it and come back to town. I paid full price of $1199 plus tax.

You know it might have been different if Patrick said, Hey I cannot discount anything in lawn mowers. But I can have one delivered to you at 6am tomorrow, I'll put you in as priority for first delivery. That would have been bad to the bone service. But he clearly didn't care at all.

Too bad Patrick's bad attitude toward me ruined this review and my opinion of him as a manager.

Every time I come in here I have at least 3-5 people ask if I need help. Great staff and items are typically fully stocked. Side note - we bought our electric smoker here at a sale price that wasn't advertised. Perhaps a clearance item? In any event it was an awesomely unexpected purchase that did NOT break the bank!

The employees are pretty oblivious to customers. Several we're parked in the middle of the aisle where it was really tight to get through. They both, separate locations in the store, just kinda looked up like "what are you doing here, " said nothing about assistance and went on like I wasn't there. I'll go to Home Depot next time

Lowe's are generally under-staffed compared to other home improvement stores like Homedepot. There is no employee around when you need help. When I go to front desk asking for help, they usually send me back to desks near isles, but again, no employees there. Particularly at this location, I often experience employees avoiding helping customers if he/she is not in charge of the isle.

Appliance guy was terrific. Went out of his way to help me find the specific refrigerator I was looking for. Kitchen girls were not great. There were two of them and they both were walking around with one customer. I asked if one of them could help me I had a quick question about cabinet ordering. She said she was with a customer which I knew because I followed them BOTH while they showed the guy different countertops. I said sorry didn't think it took both of you ladies I only have a quick question and she just looked at me and turned back to the customer. I waited another 15 mins while they decided whether he'd leave an email or a phone number all the while he was telling them he was in no hurry and just looking.
I finally walked away. I in no way expect someone to drop helping another to help me but it would have taken her 20 seconds to answer my question.

Called Lowe's after a fruitless trip to Wally world for fireplace accessories, and Lawn and Garden advised that they do carry the items I needed and what isle and side to look, (Isle 27, on the left). The self service check out associate saw that I needed hand held scanner for my box, and scanned it for me, without me asking. Smart, funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. Can't ask for more. Thank you!
