Lowe's Home Improvement, Lewisville TX

I went to Lowe’s today and was dismayed to discover Lowe’s is not enforcing masking. I think that is dangerous. I don’t care what the governor or the law says, each business and and should enforce the policy. It is just irresponsible to subject vulnerable people to exposure for someone’s comfort or political statement. My next door neighbor is suffering from COVID. The danger is not over. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Two out of three curbside pickups have not gone well. The big box store across the street with the orange sign has been consistently doing a better job.

Get everything you need and more for home improvement, garden and appliances. Bought a washer and dryer set from lowes and they still have the best prices out there. Was helped by a very friendly staff member that took great care of us.

Everytime I've been here I've had a positive experience. Today the lady who helped me find a paint color was extremely nice we were figuring out what color I wanted for over 20 min and the color she recommended turned out to be the perfect color for my hallway. Love this location!

Poor selection and after three separate visits, I've yet to be able to find someone in the store to help me. The place is dead and now I can see why no one is ever there.

We had our new Whirlpool washer delivered today! We purchased the dryer to it a year ago and it has been awesome. Love having no big agitator and more room to wash pillows and blankets! So many more options for washing too. Delivery guy kevin was awesome too! Love the samples that come with everything we purchase at Lowe's. Always excellent customer service!

Friendly staff to help you find things especially in their paint department but don't expect that from Home Depot

This store is always clean, employees in every department will check on you, make sure you're finding what you need. Keep up the great work.

We have good luck in their garden department! We bought a $10 peach tree on clearance last year and got delicious peaches from it this summer! People seem nice and helpful, and it is more organized than other stores we’ve been to.

Requiring military and veterans to register in order to receive the "discount" is just another way to hassle the military/veteran or to avoid giving the discount altogether, while giving the pretense of "honoring/supporting those who have served.

Alba and Allan were so helpful when my wife and I were shopping for blinds. They both took their time helping us with every request we made. Thank you Alba and Allan

We went in there to have our blinds trim we left theblinds on sunday pick them up on monday and thinking that they were trim they were syill the same size they never tpuch them they lied to me about.very upset because of the fact they lied never again will go to that store there liars

I was looking to replace this 16" half planter but, none were available. I didn't ask or receive any help

Cashier gave me directions to find my items and pulled me out of line to get checked out quicker

The checker was excessively slow she caught ed in her hand that was holding my change and then gave me a go to he'll look. Next time I'm going across the street

It's great to go and get what i need and the service with a helpfulness that they really care and want to help not that its a bother to them but a willingness to want to assist in my projects I will be back there at least 3 times a week the ranch always wants or needs something.thank u and see you later

Went to the Lowes Lewisville, TX, and the location in FloMo by Highland Village TX. Both were clean and friendly. We found great deals on blemished appliances at both. We needed a laundry dryer, and the Lewisville location had a 1/2 off deal on a nice one; both are great places to shop.

Great place to shop for the home! Nice friendly staff that goes beyond to help there customers.

This location struggles. Lowes is my preference in home supply stores. I find too many out of stocks.unattentive clerks.cashier lines too long. I hope they fix this soon. Several changes in managment have not helped.

Lowe's is always a fun place to go as they always have new gagets to look at and to investigate. However this store's personnel seemed a little down. They weren't rude or anything but didn't seem as excited as I was about the new products and materials that I saw.
