Terrible customer service! Ordered online and was not at the store and associates couldn’t even find it at the store even though I had an order number, paid for it, and did store pick up!
Go to Home Depot everyone:/. Hopefully they are better.
Normally Lowe's has Home Depot beat on nearly all aspects. However, today I was visiting and needed some help. Maybe they were understaffed but there were next to no people on the floor checking on customers. Usually I'll be asked a few times if I need any help. Kinda disappointed.
I have bought a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and a new kitchen faucet from this Lowe's and I have had a great experience every time. I just bought a Christmas Tree tonight and they were very nice and were able to net it and load it into my van. I prefer Lowe's to any home improvement store.
The sales rep. Was great. They overcharged me $20. From shelf price to register. Got some higher items and did not notice. Now i have to go back.
No one offered to assist in finding items, had a return & woman at return desk acted like I was inconveniencing her. Normally like Lowe's but this wasn't a good visit.
Large inventory, clean and helpful employees my husband and I have been shopping here for years.
