Never anyone to help you pricing doesnt exist. Call button for no one responds and when they do they have no clue how to help.

One of the worst & sleepy receiving associates in the planet. I am truck driver usually I came this store to unload a few stuff & I stay more than 3 hours instead of 15 to 20 minutes they are not professional.

Too few employees to assist is the norm. Rarely finding expert help they were known for. Great selection and otherwise my go to. The staff are friendly.

The young man in Paint section, Arturo (I believe) was So efficient and knowledgeable that I got the perfect color of Porch Paint on 4/26/2019. He efficiently waited on multiple customers at the same time overlapping so that no one felt infringed upon. He did it all with a pleasant attitude also! At my request and description, Arturo, made a slightly lighter color than the sample by using Base 2 rather than 4. He even asked about the area being painted & gave the suggestion 2 gallons would be needed.he was right! Thank you so much for employing/training great employees! Please honor him by acknowledge such good work! 5 Stars & 2 thumbs up!

Just called and asked them a question if my specific mower engine takes mixed gas or straight gas and they told me it was mixed gas but they were wrong it only takes straight gas.mind you I had told them ALL THE INFO for this specific mower engine. Never calling them for advice ever again!

No one shop at this Lowes.customer service sucks and when we asked for help everyone gave us attitude and they looked like they didnt even wanna be there. This place is disgusting and the workers are rude!

I only come here at 7 with my dad on school nights because he needs some light switches. Ive never had a bad experience. And i kinda wanna work here. Love yall thx

I mean what can you expect, it is a Lowes so people on retirement time. So it takes 15 minutes for someone to come to a location. Now they have buttons so a worker might come within a 10 minute time span. They should change there pickup parking spot from 15 minutes to an hour bevause in no way is it coming in 15.

No one around to assist. When I did find someone, they just stood behind the counter and told me to just look down every aisle for a flat cart. There were also other customers standing around and voicing their frustration about not being able to find someone.

The loose Bolt & Nut bins were a disaster! Bins were either empty or disorganized. My OCD went haywire and I had to leave.

Good ol lowes always keep eyes out for the cull lumber as you can get bad add deals you csn buy 16' long boards that may not be good to use as 16' but if you need 2 6' pieces cut out the flaw and bam 2 boards the size you needed half price

Your average home supply store, makes picking up renovation tools and screws pleasant exspecially being right down the street from my house. Always clean and mostly polite employees.

35/O'Conner Lowes proves to be a bad experience every time.
I have to say at least they are consistent with that. No one is ever available to help and when they are they do not seem knowledgeable or willing to bother looking things up. Waited for a manager to answer a page for 20 minutes then just left.

Visited Lowes on 1604/151 and wow. Employees actually come up to you to offer assistance and get back to you when they say they will.

Less than one star to 35/O'Conner Lowes.

Love Lowe's over Home Depot.military veterans, like my husband get a military discount on any and all purchases. Home Depot used to have one, but has discontinued the practice.our hkme improvement budget now goes to the other end of town at Lowe's.

Very bad layout. Asked 3 employees where 1 thing was and they sent me all around the store. Took me 30+ minutes to get one thing.

Didn't have the battery I was looking for. The battery is a 12 volt battery for a security system also used in deer feeders. I went to home depot and they had it you lost a customer.

Ordered a microwave 2 weeks ago and they called me and said it was ready. When I arrived I went to pick-up and it took 55 min to get my microwave apparently it wasn't ready

The store was clean and the items needed for bathroom installation was there. The employees were friendly and helpful making suggestions and giving advice about the products that would be needed. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The line to check out was short too.

Customer service needs a lot of work, the guy with tight pants and a ponytail in the paint department is incredibly rude. Pretty sure a lot of them hate their jobs

Gotta love Lowe's. If they don't sell what you're looking for, they probably sell the materials you need to make it your self. And they give a 10% discount to veterans.
