26The blonde lady in the paint department was immensely rude! I suggest if you see her, you wait until someone else is on duty.
I enjoy just about any home improvement store. I buy just about everything I need here. It's just off I-35 and O'Connor. I try not to get too caught up in the price differences in this place or that place unless it's significant. This store is close by and I'm very familiar with the layout. It's convenient. I work with wood and the selection is pretty decent. As far as I'm concerned they have everything that I need.
This lowes has always had some issues with keeping up with stocking things even keeping carts handy to put your goods in I had to go back outside and retrieve a cart from the cart return. Items that may say online in stock and in what isle is never on point because of the stocking issue if lowes is your store make the effort to drive to lowes in alamo heights or the home depot on agora pkwy.
It's one of the few places that my little Angel is allowed to be free to follow near me without being tethered to me until someone complains to management that it's not fair that they can not do the same because their pets don't listen to them, but really it's a great place to find those honey dew things to please your other half.
Shelves were a bit unorganized and mislabeled. Multiple employees walking past as I was shopping and clearly having trouble finding what I came for, unlike when shop at Home Depot, their staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and happy to help.
This might be the busiest Lowe's but they really don't care about the little guy week-end warrior. They stoppedcutting ALL WOOD EXCEPT PLY WOOD. Wow thanks can't do anything at my house anymore. Guess I'll save for that saw from Sears. For a person that loves his stores I am certainly put out and also let down. I'm not going to shop at Lowe's anymore and I suggest you follow. Not the first time manager has made bad decisions about what good. How about teach people not to rip so damn fast. But what do I know, I'm just Joe public.
