29I don't understand how Lowe's hires and keeps these employees that hate working there. The guys are always walking around with a frown on and making it clear not to ask them for any help. There is never a register open. They herd everyone to self check out. It's ridiculous
Store's inventory on the Lowe's website for a particular location should match the actual inventory in the store! My time & gas aren't cheap for a wasted trip, followed by another trek to a different location for my items!
Phil took the time to help sort through bits and bolts we needed to buy. Definitely shortened our time looking for the right combinations.
Customer service is dead in the appliance department at this location. If it weren’t for the nice people in gardening, I wouldn’t go back. Nothing like asking an employee for help just to be told that he was helping somebody else. Found the employee with three other employees helping the same customer. They keep no records of any of my extended warranties on my appliances. And good luck trying to get them on the phone.
Typical Lowe's home improvement center. I stopped in for a light fixture. They had exactly what I was looking for.
Thy made6me wait over an hour on the phone and than the manager cussed me out for being angry. I wil never walk into a Lowes again in my life and will badmouth them to all my subcontractors f them
I avoid this store if at all possible. The only good experience is the one where it doesn't involve having to interact with the staff or management. Ordering online from this store is even worse. They rarely process the order correctly or at all.
Very bad customer service.specially delivery department. Never ever order anything for delivery from this store
Not a great Lowe's experience. Multiple employees were rude and inconsiderate when we asked for help with things we didn't knowuch about or asking for directions to specific items. Will not be returning to this location. The lady who checked us out was helpful and polite however.
