Amazing business and excellent staff and service! I was referred to this business by my auto insurance company (Allstate) and was very impressed. Of all the auto shops I've been to this place is hands down the best experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them! My technician (Jamel) was extremely professional and very skilled in his handling of the case. Whatever training they've implemented is amazing and I left feeling satisfied and pleased with the outcome of my vehicle. GOLD STAR!

Even though they didn't do any repairs this time around, their customer service and communication are always on point. Julia and Dana are well appreciated! I dropped my car off on March 11th and was quoted March 23rd. I got text messages letting me know the status of my car. The office personnel and workers were all so nice. When I picked my car up, she looked like new money. Like I just got her off the car lot.lol I would definitely go back and recommend this place for body work:)

I went through my insurance from an accident, and am so so glad they sent me to Masters Auto Craft. Julio and Dana (and Megan from Geico and Ilse from Enterprise) were phenomenal. Everyone was kind, attentive, and my car looks amazing. They made it such an easy process, which I greatly appreciate. Julio was thorough in explaining the damage and repairs to my car and Dana was helpful and answered my many questions! I cannot recommend this shop and team enough!

We took the car bavk to the shop and your employees or you says"we are not going to fixed " This company is not responsable as they indicate, our jobs are guarantee. Yes they are, they break something in the car and then don't repair it.

Julio and the team went above and beyond and did an amazing job with the repairs I needed. I was warned that the paint match wouldn't be exact (understandable), but I can hardly even notice that my bumper isn't the original. From the quality of work to the friendliness and ongoing communication throughout the process, I can't recommend this place enough!

I was hit from behind on my move here to Pflugerville. From the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my vehicle I knew I made the right choice. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to fix my Acura. Mike was the person who helped me. He was absolutely awesome to work with! I have had my 2019 Ford Focus in the shop at Master’s on 2 occasions recently for repairs that were no fault of my own. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this company. Both times they had my car, they did excellent body work. The car still appear brand new. They take the extra step to ensure your car is like new. You can’t go wrong with Master’s!

They fixed my pretty blue optima sxl up:) they were not the fastest but I had a rim issue. They decently matched the powder coated rim and the area they fixed looks good. Happy with their communication as well.

I cant say enough great things about this shop.they are fast friendly and honest.their customer service is unlike any i've ever expirienced in any setting.ill be sending all my friends and family to them.i took my subaru to them almost a yr ago for major repairs on the body of my car.they did an outstanding job.today i took it in to get my headlight bulb replaced because my car is trickier than most.they had to pull the bumper and lamp just to replace the bulb because again.mine car is tricky.when i reached for my wallet to pay for the labor.i was simply sent on my way with friendly smiles and a have a wonderful day! The service and work done to my vehicle were fantastic.
Spoke with a gentleman named Mike in the parts department and he was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Ruined the whole experience for me.

Let me tell you about this shop. IMHO this is the best body shop I have ever been to, the work that they do is phenomenal Julio, Noel, Dana and there entire staff made my car look brand new like it was fresh off the lot. They take pride in their work and if they see any imperfections they are quick to fix them. The level of detail that they put into peoples vehicles is something I have not seen in awhile, they are truly all about the customer.

Super great people! They took care of my muddy jeep to a level I didn't expect. Julio was AWESOME! He answered ally questions and made sure the work done on my jeep was top notch.
