Maudie's Too reviews
29Always great! This is the best location IMHO.whoever heard of healthy Mexican food? Yep, you can do it here. (Try the Maida Salad with shrimp). Of course all the other good cheesy stuff too. The #1 best tostadas (chips) there are, with award winning salsa. So good!
Great happy hour, strong drinks. During happy hour $40 can give 5 people one drink and some food for each of them, not bad. Super crowded though. Service was slow because of it
My daughter loves this place. It's not my favorite spot, but I will say that they are pretty consistent with their food. Service is another story. Most always friendly, but often slow.
Big hassle in restaurant when we arrived. A very angry employee involved, police arrived. Food was ok, server very distracted and careless. Got one order wrong. Was expecting great, and this was far from it
This place gets busy. They always do a good job and as friendly as can be. No drafts, good food and not a long wait.
Maudies is a great place to go with family and friends. The staff is great, the management is awesome, Dean is great, and so is everyone else. The Menu is reasonably priced. I only wish they'd change their cheese.: P But that is a personal thing, don't base your option on my displeasure, go for yourself and check it out. *****Revisiting 4/15/2018***** Maudies is still beautifully awesome. Food is great and staff is lovely.
Good food and service. The enchilada plate was real good. Great location in the south of downtown Austin.
The quintessential Tex Mex dining experience, but plenty of healthier selections too. Seems perfect for Austin (Wierd or not)
Great place to eat some good bar food and drink a margarita. My favorite is the half order No. 5 (one cheese enchilada with rice and beans) and a frozen bread 'Acapulco Gold' margarita to wash it down.
