McDonald's, Kingwood Area TX

I haven't been to this location in awhile because I always got the wrong order. Decided to try again today. ‍️ Why do they ask if the order is right on the screen when they give you the wrong food at the window. My own fault for not checking before driving away but I won't make the mistake of going to that location anymore. The Kingwood dr location is much better. Can't believe they closed jack in the box but kept this place open.

Once again the coupon on their app couldn't be honored when the order met the requirements. The amazing excuse this time was because we ordered a happy meal. Really? Then when the order was modified by taking the happy meals off, I was given nothing but attitude because the manager didn't want to manually enter the coupon. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped coming to this location.

I went to McDonald’s on my lunch break. I’ve already have had bad experiences here. I ordered a quarter pounder and they forgot to put on the bottom bun… how do you forget to put on the bottom bun? Ridiculous, anyways got to work and saw it. I don’t have time to go back but this is ridiculous… McDonald’s do better.

The ice-cream machine is never broken My sneak attack when I tell my kids I'm on a diet. I can eat the whole cone before I make it home!

Should be 0 star. Manager “Debbie” decides to argue and say she had order correct and then refused to refund the order. As a manager maybe you should be setting an example and not incorrectly taking down orders for things that aren’t even on the menu. Horrible service and will make sure not to go to this location again.

Great Place! The car in front of me in the drive thru paid for my order so i paid it forward. Well backward actually. By paying for the car behind me. We should all try to do things like this more often. It really made my day!

Ordered a hot fudge Sunday my fault for not looking at it but they literally gave me just a bowl of plain ice cream.

Good food for a McDonald's only problem is if you special order something they will still send out the meal the regular way without checking. They are very quick and great service.

Continuous problems. I will never go to this location again. On one occasion the meat on my burger was completely raw in the middle. They constantly get orders wrong, salads with no bacon, fries missing. This location has poor management and they would rather lose a customer than make it right.

This particular McDonald's has great service, and their quick! I'm not a big fast food fan but coffee and biscuits are a must sometime.

The McDonalds on North park in Kingwood is a nice neighborhood fast food restaurant. My kids enjoy the play place, the staff is attentive, and local seniors regularly gather there to eat and visit.

McDonald's is exactly what they say they are, fast food. Honestly the only thing I go to McDonald's for is there breakfast sandwiches. I love the biscuits and the McGriddles. If I want a burger and fries, I go somewhere else. But this place is great for breakfast on the Run.

This location serves cold food and will not replace it. I have no idea how long my food had been sitting out and it was made incorrectly

I love the kid friendly atmosphere of McDonald's, the decor in this one is very nice. I also love their mobile app and the deals the offer.

However, I was very disappointed with the lack of changing table in the restroom. They had a bench across from the sinks, that I guess was meant to be used as one, but it was awkward sitting and changing a diaper.

This location almost always fails to yield fresh food. Countless times I have received food that is stale and has sat prepared too long.

Unhappy camper - I know it sounds petty but I have to say something in hopes that it will cause the DRIVE THRU to be more thorough in its preparation. Ordered a SWEET TEA as I love their sweet tea. Got down the road to work and it was UNSWEET. It's ONLY a sweet tea but I didn't get what I ordered. SLOW DOWN MCDONALDS. I am sure people would rather wait one more minute for the RIGHT THING ORDERED rather than leave quick out of the drive thru only to find out the order isn't right. Rant over.: (

At the drive-thru, we ordered a dipped cone and as I hand it to my 6yr old daughter.she drops it! But without missing a beat, the young lady at the window takes the dropped cone and proceeds making my daughter a new one! The staff is very kind and polite! My son says it's the best macdonald's ever!

Good service, I've rarely seen a mistake. The food is what it is and the prices are creeping up. Yay and Boo.

Very friendly, great service. This place doesn't charge for the extras. Fast and courteous are their priorities. I've honestly never had a wrorg/missed order. Definitely the best in our area. 5 stars!
