32Bad customer service at drive thru I hve my ordet 3 times and 3 times they got it wrong, and to add insult to injury the stupid person at the window where you pick up your food blamed ME for there error, I will not be going here again, very frustrating and terrible customer service
A lot of people like to hate on McDonald's, but their business model is about consistency and uniformity and this restuarant adheres to the standards and values that every McDonald's should strive to achieve. Friendly staff and environment with standard McDonald's food. Every expectation I have when I go to McDonald's is met or exceeded by this establishment.
First time I've been to this location, and I remember why I never eat at McDonald's anymore. I got food poisoning bad from there.so beware if you eat anything chicken related
I went through the drive-thru to get a coffee and everybody was doing what they were supposed to be doing the way they were supposed to be doing it. I can't comment on anything else.
McBeaners - went there this morning. All Mexicans and South Americans yelling at each other in Spanish. Who knows what their hygiene level is. Half of them don't show up for work anyway because they probably got drunk the previous night. This country has become United Nations of America and going to Hell fast.
This location takes customer service to a new level. The restaurant and play area are always clean, the staff is always courteous, and we love that our food is delivered to our table. This location has staff in the dining room all the time, constantly cleaning and making sure everything is always stocked and ready to go. I really enjoy bringing our kids here to meet up with other families.

My only complaint is the walls are painted weird but that's just me lol
Great location. When they messed up and ice cream cone, the manager personally came over and refunded the money and took care of us
Though it was my only time coming here, I was incredibly surprised by how cheerful and helpful the staff is.
They need to hire white people here that can run the operations properly. Serious language barrier I'm trying to get my food order correct.
Do not go there after 2.cause they can't count I got a large vanilla coffee with extra cream. They put no extra cream sent it back he being it back and said they added cream which was a lie cause it looked the same. Tasted it and it had no vanilla in it. So if you want a coffee made right go to the McDonald's on 1314 atleast they know how to count and add vanilla to a vanilla coffee.
Really quaint McDonalds with interesting decor. Very clean location, with a very nice staff. The ice cream machine is usually working too! Other than that, it is just another Mickey D's.
