33It was really busy and they are trying to over to automated ordering. Didn't really like it. Food was the same, but kind of a pain.
Food good. Service ducked. Had to wait until we got our food to get our coffee. Counter person needs to learn how to interact with customers. I guarantee she couldn't count my change back. She barely could handle giving my correct change. This is a nice building but under construction.
Staff here is rude and messed up my order. Wait was long, fries were burnt. First time there and it will be the last. I’d give you no stars if I could. Whoever runs this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Ridiculous! I will never recommend this place!
Stopped by Sunday morning, 10ish, it was warm inside on a hot day, we had the steak breakfast, and the steak tasted as though was boiled. We talked to "a" manager who said she was sorry and would "tell someone " and turned and left.
Uber eats pick up was horrible. They were angry at me for the app not working. I wish I knew ahead of time which McDonald's this was. I would know I needed to avoid any pickups from here. Thank God for customer support.
Ordered a 20 piece.they gave me 10 fresh nuggets and mixed in some old nuggets that I couldn't even bite into.dont worry about me coming back
Food was horrible and the girl taking my order made me repeat everything 3 time and still got it wrong
Always busy, they have 2 lanes to order but usually just take one sides orders unless you let them know you are there.
Samiyiah was amazing with her patience with us to the point i had to ask her her name, I have had terrible experience of most fast food places especially at this time of night and it was so refreshing to be treated with such courtesy and kindness when I know I was being a little bit difficult trying to switch my order a couple times. This location is a little bit further than the one on Coit but well worth the extra Drive
This place was extremely cold in the playroom my children no longer wanted to play becubecit was to cold.
Service was fast and food was hot and fresh - great for drive thru. There is little parking for dine-in. Also, tv was turned to FAKE NEWS?
I pull up at 3: 55 am and asked for a large fry. I was told only breakfast was being served. I asked when breakfast started serving. "4 am". I sped from home to get these fries for $1 via the app because I already know they start breakfast at 4 am just to be told I can't get them when there is no acceptable reason to not serve me my fries. This is the second time. Wasn't told my total and was brushed off at the window like a nuisance by a manager. I come here all the time. What a joke.
This place is decent, but from what I have visited it isn’t one of the updated restaurants that have kiosks and things. It’s ok at best
