33Doesn't open till 11? Stopped to get curbside pick up at 9 as we are traveling. Odered and charged card only to find out they not open. No to get reimbursed $26
Their shakes & fries are yum.
What I want to know is.
Why are their burgers getting smaller?

I'm an adult and I still like a cheeseburger from here now and then. Predictable and tasty. I love the bundles. People may gripe about Mc. D's, but if you show up somewhere with a bundle to share, all you here is chewing.
Something is usually wrong or missing. Today it was as simple as extra mayo on a mcchicken because they are so dry! Even says the correct order on the ticket stuck to the sandwich. And what the hell is this wannabe Chick-fil-A drive thru nonsense? Yall don't have it down. Makes the wait time longer.
They constantly close their lobby early. And are very rude about it. Today Feb 8th closed at 10 pm. Claiming they had a rush of people that shouldn't have been allowed in 9: 40 pm. At least 10 people walking up to door. I was told go ahead and call regional manager. By the man thst andwered at 10: 17 pm.
The person that took my order (drivet didn't get a name) was very rude. I also practically had to yell for her to get my order correctly. The only thing keeping this from being a 1 star is that the guy who took my payment was friendly.
Service was the worst yet. The restaurant inside was absolutely filthy and not one employee was in the least bit concerned about it. To say the least it even embarrassed me to take my grandson inside to eat. What a shame that the young girl behind the register was better at dancing than she was doing her job! This location is in Schertz, Texas at I35N and FM3009.
Stopped in to get a Happy Meal for my niece and nephew. They gave me the wrong drinks. They didn't put the sauces we requested, and I ordered 6 nuggets in one of the meals and I got 4. Is it really this hard to get something this easy correct? The car in front of me waited and held up the line for 9 minutes.for a drink! I'll never go to this place again!
It's yummy but the one at the bottom of bulverde always messes up something about a person's order. So BE VERY CLEAR
Don't do the drive thru during lunch time. I'm parked in the # 2 reserved parking space for my order (the #3) for 9 minutes already: - (they took my money already so I can't even drive away. Still waiting.and waiting. 14 minutes.
Ordered a large Carmel iced coffee. Got a coffee full of coffee grounds. There were even grounds on the lid, so why this was even served to someone perplexes me. Went back to get my order corrected and was served subpar coffee.
If I could give this place more then 5 stars. I would. This place is always neat and very clean. Inside and parking lot also. The employees are so courteous. Love this McDonald's Location
Order a burger 2 hot n spicy and 2 kids meal chicken nuggets. Got the wrong burger and double cheese burgers instead of hot n spicy and 2 happy meal burgers
This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's. I received a refund after sitting in the drive through for over 12 minutes.
Absolutely horrible service!
I had to pull up to a third window to wait.
After waiting over 5 min I watched the employee take my order to the wrong person.
The fries were half empty so I asked for it to be done right. After 3 minutes they brought the same half full container back! At this point I told them make it right or give me my money back. 5 minutes later they fixed it.

The drive through lady said they'd make me a McGangBang but it ended up just being a Hot and Spicy and McDouble separate. I'm mildly disappointed.
Would have given a 5 but they didn't add the right amount of carmel in the cup and topping on my frappe! Next time I hope.
It's a McDonald's. Pretty much the same as every other McDonalds. They have a digital menu though that's constantly changing that's hard to read. I guess when you get my age you pretty much know what McDonald's serve though.
Their customer service sucks! Especially a punk who rings up the food and takes the money for the order on the drive through. Very very bad customer service. When told thank you, you should say you are welcome.
