McDonald's, San Antonio TX

I was concerned with the first time using mobile order and pay. It was awesome! Every aspect of my order was correct, including adds and omissions. I was able to park and wait for my order in peace. Very nice experience! McD's definitely got this right!

Food is always cold, order is always wrong, and they always take forever.just went at 2am, no one in line, order is wrong and cold, I should have known better but whataburger doesn't have a dollar menu.i guess i got what i paid for.

Drive thru is completely messed up, the screen was displaying the other lanes order. The girl that took my order said hold on, left and way later another girl comes on and is rude to me. McDonalds needs to improve their customer service.

Left food out of order. Did not follow special order instructions. Fries were cold and tasted stale

Service was acceptable but I noticed that the prices were higher than the previous time I was there. They asked me if I was militarily but I don't think I got a senior discount and I am 72. I thought seniors received a discount. I was charged about 3 50 for a biscuit and a medium coffee.

Front-end staff somewhat disorganized. They forgot to make my smoothie so I waited longer than those behind me. When they realized it, they quickly made it and of course it’s horrible. Tastes like ice and water. Do better.

Unfortunately this fast food giant is not a good place to eat! Everything they serve has bie products in it! I've never had a customer service problem with them! Just that they use chemicals for every bit of their food products that they have no matter what it is and you can only imagine the long term effects it will have on our society in the future!

I can't tell you just how many times the McDonalds' employees have gotten my order wrong. The food is not great to begin with, it's getting more and more expensive, AND my order is ALWAYS screwed up. I've actually been snapped at when the drive through lady couldn't figure out how to ring up the appropriate coffee. Needless to say I drove off, and I have nor will I ever return.

Shake machine down.again.what's with all the Mcbreaking down at all the McDonald's? Seriously, it's like shooting dice when driving into one.odds on if you can have a shake or not.

Was told that forgeting my burger was not her problem, by ure employee. So yea this McD. Sucks!

Manager miguel was rude.needs to listen to the customer before speaking or brushing them off to the next waiting window.i realize i ordered breakfast at noon.i don’t mind waiting however to not waste both of our times i wanted to add the smaller items like jelly and ketchup and once i asked he still rushed me out of his window.the gentleman who handed me my food failed to inform me that the box that it was placed in was poorly made and everything i ordered went through the bottom of the box and all over my car and myself.overall horrible experience.got to give them one leg up for making it right and replacing my order.

Usually quick service and a hit or miss. Ordered 1 Big Mac with no pickle, extra lettuce, simple right. Ticket on burger was correct but it came WITH pickle, NO lettuce and Extra secret sauce. How can they screw up so much on 1 burger? I think the cooks are getting high on secret sauce, smh.

BOO! We primarily go to McDonald's to get drinks and hang out, but they have discontinued Diet Dr Pepper, so we will not be going back.
