I had the worst experience with management at this store.
If you cant handle a little business without losing your cool youre in the wrong business!

Ordered food via the app for curbside pickup thinking it would be more convenient. After 30 minutes I called the store to ask about my order. The person then said drive thur takes priority over curbside. Why offer this option if you can’t provide a timely service. Then when the person brings the food out and you would think they would have apologized for the inconvenience but no just here you go. They won’t get my money anymore. Terrible customer service and to top it off the food was warm not even hot

The past 3 times over the course of 2 months I've ordered a double quarter pounder, and they keep forgotting the "double" part of it. It's doesn't seem to be a case of "oh we thought you said a regular quarter pounder" since it's in the double quarter pounder box and I'm charged for a double. Must be hard to count to two.

Curbside comes >30 minutes after drive-thru. Ridiculous. >30 minutes for a single happy meal via curbside.

Horrible horrible service. Paid for items I didn't receive. My order was all wrong. Called to try and talk to someone but the phone lines were busy. Never again. Stay away from this location.

Always extremely friendly here! The management does a great job with hiring customer friendly employees. They never get my order wrong but sometimes the wait is very long.

The self service ciosks really help streamline the process. I didn't have to wait long for my food at all.

They falsely advertise that they are open till 12 when I arrived at 11: 45 they were closed, I pulled up to the window and the manager still insisted that they are open till 12 but the drive thru automatically shuts off. Completely ridiculous if your open till 12 I should be able to order up til 11: 59

Mist of the time they take 15 minutes to get our order out. Last nite almost 20 minutes for 2 big macs and 1 med fry. They need to hire adults not children.

Had some confusion on my order but other than that food was good. I was given 2 cokes instead of 2 dr.peppers but other than that.good fast service

My kids got sick from eating food from their on Saturday 09/01/2018 mid afternoon and they are still vomiting as I am typing this they ate (chicken nuggets) smh disgusting eat at your own risk

Not sure why it took three times to make a mcdouble with mayonaise and cheese only. Also when I asked them to remake the burger they just wiped the onions, mustard, ketchup and pickles off and used the same top bun. Fries got cold because I had to wait for three burger attempts. The rest of the staff was great.just that one man on the burger line who couldn't get his order straight.

This location seems to have upgraded their staff and greit's great! Everyone is friendly and not so loud with their personal conversations between employees. They are so much quicker now and even mess up less on orders! They still forget an item here and there, but this location really has it together. Even the manager is super nice and very willing to help with any needs or questions you may have.

Cashier could not do basic match then was rude about it. MGM. On duty was useless. No excuse for bad customer service!

Always buddy, staff is friendly location off Rittamam and I-35 not always easy to get into due to traffic and even harder when train going through the area.

I spit it out every single time, because my tongue won't let me taste it and my throat won't let me sallow it down, I hate McDonald's with a passion and McDonald's fires, I don't even eat them but what I do with those I throw them in the trash, because I don't eat missing children and I'm totally not a cannibal, I also dislike pork.

Fast and friendly. I really miss the play ground at this spot so I could stay and watch the kids play.:)

Slow and poor service ask about new pie special manage said he don't like pie so don't know if there good.

Every time I go they always forget my drinks or my fries and they charge me extra for sauce the management there is either cheap or it's McDonald's itself but it's really aggravating waiting almost 20 minutes for fast food paying 10 bucks for it and them getting it wrong McDonald's please just stay McDonald's and serve mediocre food at an extremely fair price like you used to and get people who know what they're doing

I bought a happy meal for my child and got a burger with just cheese no meat and they always have the phone off there.
