Super slow drive thru. They asked me to pull up & wait. 15min later I walked in angry to find out where my food was? It still wasn't ready & I barely even got an apology from the manager!

Food quality is good, employees are friendly, but the service is slow. The location is good and parking and easement are well-improved. Overall, good experience.

On FM 78 at Rittiman Road they are so slow every Sunday morning my orders not right and they are so slow and they have four or five calls waiting to get their food thank you. McDonald's Walzem in Montgomery I'll give them 5 stars. The polite nice hospitality nice Foods on time,

Order wrong and can't get anyone to even notice.today out of the promo grand mac buns. Went back weeks later near closing great service n food.

The service is incredibly slow and 90% of the time no matter what you order you get parked and the order is wrong.

I've been here multiple times since I've moved to texas, and it's the only one I go to. The staff here is always nice and my order is always correct. However when it gets busy on the drive through and go inside it takes a while for me get my order.

The customer service here is ridiculous! Drive thru wait time is a nightmare! I hate having to be asked to pull up & my order will be out shortly. Shortly? More like an additional 10-15 mins! I'm always having to get out & go in because someone forgot me or my food is sitting there. I gave up on this MCDs and now get my nugget happy meals at Chick fil a.

Typical McDonald's was pretty when we arrived but were given our food in a timely manner. The drive thru had a long line but seems to be moving at a steady pace

Love the remodel. But today they released the szechuan sauce from rick and morty, and this mcdonalds had it in stock

Their service is usually pretty quick. They could use friendlier people in the drive thru even though I know their job is to quickly move you along. In more than 2 occasions they have gotten my order wrong or left out something that I've had to go back and get.

I was very upset I was in one lane and before they even took my order three cars in right lane had ordered and moved up before my order was ever taken

A very nasty place trash cans are full of trash workers being rude to customers very unorganized one of the worst is McDonald's I've ever been into andI've been a and I've been into a lot of McDonald's but this one took the cake nasty employees nasty service nasty restrooms very unprofessional

I would eat there more often if they could follow directions on orders better, keep there word for the use of coupons/discount cards, and stop be-little ing their employees and customers in public. They should encourage, no discourage their workers.

They usually get my order right but everytime I go there they only give me half a carton of fries. They only fill it up halfway. If I order a large I get a medium in a large container and if I order a medium I get a small in a medium container.

They only have 2 sauces in stock for the nuggets. They blamed it on the holidays. What a lie how about poor manager skills and not ordering the correct amount. They have 3 registers and 1 person working the lunch counter 25 mins is to long to wait just to order.

I went here today around 12 or 1 I order 3 boxes of 10 chicken nuggets and all I got was 2 and also to they didn't gave me the right dipping sauces for my order so I tried to called this place back several times to ask them to fix my order unfortunately they didn't pick up the phone. All I got to say about this McDonalds is that they need to work on customer service and make sure orders are right.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST MC DONALDS WE HAVE EVER VISITED! MR. SCOTT and staff were very very courteous, always smiling, perfect customer service. He should be promoted. You don't find people like that hardly anywhere. Wonderful place to eat! Thank you Scott and MC Donalds!

No matter what time of day you come to this location you always have you wait for something, by far a fast food place

Food is fast and fries are food. Only thing I dislike is their menu board the keeps changing pictures when you are trying to decide what you want. I liked it when they kept it simple with the menu.
