MedSpring Urgent Care - Houston Heights

Staff was friendly walking in but my visit went south when I met with the doctor who was extremely rude to me and I will not be going back again.

I went there a month ago and I had the best treat ever by Am'Brianna. I was getting off work and needed to check my ankle, so she gave me chips and water while waiting. Thank you so much!

Good customer service, prompt and professional medical care. They are also following ethical / good medical practice too as I’ve seen some urgent cares take advantage of covid testing situation and charging each patient an arm and a leg, instead of insurance.

Make it easier on the staff and yourself by checking in online in virtual waiting room. It’s very simple!
For covid testing, you cannot walk in or make an appointment!

I loved everything about this place! The rooms were clean and each has a tv (which you don’t need because the wait is short). The staff was excellent Alma and Carmen kept me informed and were very knowledgeable. Dr. Shepherd was the best. He listened and didn’t make me feel like he was rushed. He explained the meds he prescribed and why. I would recommend this place to everyone! It’s quick and the location is convenient. My visit was 1 hr from start to finish.

Joycelyn was so helpful! No one wants to be sick on the holidays, but if you are in this unfortunate situation, this is the place to be!

I visit there last Sunday and Joycelyn was so very kind and helpful that was my first visit to that facility.will be back.

Went in for an injured foot and was seen promptly, Nurse Linda made sure I was well taken care of and got my XRays done quickly, we didn’t have to wait long to see Dr. George. She was very nice and professional. I will be back if i ever needed again.

I really am not a big fan of going to the doctor.with that being said MedSpring took all the anxiety and worry away. Their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I just walked in and was able to receive help immediately. This will be my first stop for any and all situations. I am extremely grateful.

I've had to visit twice now and seen Dr. George both times and both times had a great experience.

I was at this clinic today and all the ladies where wonderful. Ms linda front desk has a great humor and the ladies in the back maria, cindy and dr gorge where excellent. Great job everyone and merry christmas.

I came to this clinic and they checked for flu and strep. When Maria swabbed my throat and nose she was very gentle which I've been to other places and they are very rough and that can be painful. I normally don't write reviews but this urgent care is great. I am typing this as I wait for the provider to see me. Even the lady in the front Ms. Linda was nice and welcoming.

I brought my son in for a bad cough and they took great care of him. The clinic was busy but the wait was worth it. George the nurse practitioner and the techs Maria and Cindy where very helpful.

Great and fast service. Shoutout to Leslie, Linda, Alma, and George for excellent patient care.

My names Abdullah saed the wait time was very short and nurse (Alma) was pretty wonderful and sweet, she took great care of me in a timely fashion and she conversed with me kindly.

Extremely clean and super friendly people! Dr. Ken, Linda and Joycelyn took excellent care of me and we were working hard through the holidays.

First time coming to this place and it was fast and the person who assisted me was Julia. She was friendly and explained everything very well.
