24I was told it was going to be an hour wait, I was rude to Jocelyn and she still provided excellent customer service, she told me to take a deep breath & everything was going to be ok, and it was. I did not wait an hour but was seen in less than 15 minutes. Dr. Kenneth was very compassionate with me & answered my husband's questions. Excellent urgent care; clean, wonderful employees and fabulous customer service. I did apologize to Jocelyn for my behavior.
I told my husband to go to this urgent care and I’m glad he went. He had a great experience and Maria, Linda, George and Cindy took great care of him. We will be back if anything else comes up. Way to go!
