Todd was amazing he did a fantastic job showing us around and helping us to find our perfect furniture for our new house he has awesome knowledge and will not pressure you he is truly there to help you with what you want and to get the best and highest quality on whatever you are looking for we got our living room bedroom and a few extra furnished for a great price will def.be back when we do the rest of the house.

Todd Omodt was a great help in explaining the various products the company offered. There was no pressure to purchase. He even took time out for me to revisit the store several times to make sure what wanted was what I would need and that it wod fit in my home thank you mega furniture.

Had no choice but 1 star. Would give zero if it was an option. They're hopeless. Couldn't pour sand out of a boot even if the I destructions were written on the bottom. They're manager is a spineless useless piece of excrement who has no desire to rectify customer complaints and is quite happy to throw the rest of his employees under the bus and blame them rather accept responsibility and move on. Obviously has never served his country and learnt a fraction of leadership. He also felt that when we came in to complain that sitting, no lounging on one of the sofas was an appropriate way to have a conversation whilst we were standing. Not only that felt that calling the customers liars and belittling them was the way to rectify a fault that was entirely theirs. They delivered the wrong item then had the gaul to state that we were mistaken and we weren't seeing it right. So this has been going on for a month and we have BBB involved now. But it's a watch this space because we've complained to the GM who according to the manager of the UC store is a "family" member so we'll see if he's as spineless.

Todd is not worth your time stay away from that salesperson. I put stuff on layaway for a couple of weeks and I came back after closing on my house and he didn't put aside and they were sold. The manager made it up but do not use that salesperson

Todd was amazing! I had gone to 7 different furniture stores but could not find anything I liked. I walked in and found a living room set in 15 minutes and to top it off the price was amazing! Can't wait for my delivery!

Literally no hassle from anyone. I bought a sofa set, I plan to come back for a bed room set eventually. Vincent and Todd were the best at making sure I got what I asked for.

Todd was awesome, we had been in before and looked at a bedroom suite, he gave us a great pricing. We told him we wanted to look around at other places before we decided, and then when we came back today he still honored the pricing and was very great to work with offering us great deals. I filed a complaint with the BBB! I do NOT recommend this furniture store! I purchased a bedroom set over a month ago from them and I was told I would get a phone call in a week to schedule delivery. 2 weeks passed and I didn't hear from them so I called and sent several emails for days before I finally got a response to schedule delivery. When they finally delivered there was damage to my dresser and the lights on the headboard didn't work. The delivery guys told my husband that he would need to call the warehouse to get those items fixed. For the past 2 weeks both my husband and I have called and left several voicemails, sent multiple emails to the warehouse as well as the store we purchased it from and have not received a single response. I will never purchase anything from here again and don't recommend anyone else to do so either.
