Buyer beware! Extremely bad service. All sales final no refunds. If they don't give you the best deal you are stuck with it. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped and not even the district manager DANIEL wanted to help. They scam you before you realize you've been ripped off. Don't buy from them or you will regret it.

The sales guy name Todd Omodt is very accommodating and knowledgeable with regards to leather furniture. Although, the queen bedroom set I am looking for is not available in this store, Todd entertained me well and showed me more furniture options. I really appreciate his excellent customer service. Hence, I would highly recommend Todd to assist you if you are looking outstanding furniture sales person in this store.
