28 Worse experinse sold the car run me around for two days now telling me take another week to get my check never saw anything like that
Customer has a car + title already transfer but take them one week to make sure title transfer is legit when i send them the Dnv paper work said title transferred and paid for it
Great staff who are willing to help regardless of the situation. The quality of service my loan officer, Harry Satia, provided was outstanding. Not to mention they also bake fresh cookies everyday!
Just moved from the UK and needed help to finance a car, Harry Satia was my loan officer and talked me through everything. He was patient with me not knowing the American system or the process at all. I got the money needed for my new car at an interest rate that I feel is very good for someone with no US credit history. Thanks Harry!
Run, don't walk away from this credit union's loan department as you will be frustrated and overcharged on your loan. They have not been forthcoming and will randomly charge you fees which they state will "someday" be credited back and have yet to be months later.
Caveat Emptor
Man, times change. I remember when you were able to call and have someone instantly pick up the phone. Now, you have to navigate through 10 prompts, only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. And since when was it company policy to harass customers who walk in with sun glasses on? I've been a member for close to 10 years and up until now your idiotic security guards keep shaking me down to take off my glasses. Not going to happen.
No mistakes with this bank or you get charged $30 for every mistake. I just switched over and I definitely feel I made a mistake switching banks. I am not happy with the overdraft fees. This bank is making a killing off of its poor customers. Believe it or not, this bank is profiting off its customers. Policy my ass. I am not a happy customer. Im posting this to the reviews. Terrible. I think switching to this bank is a mistake. Don't do it.
This credit union have really change.use to love them.they act more like a bank then a credit union now.i have been with them for 7 years and just switch to a new credit union
