39Great customer service.all willing to assist. I live north of Austin and there is another dealer closer to me. Their high turnover of personnel and lacking customer service accumen of the one closer to me prompted me to visit Mercedes of Austin. Excellent all around.
I really appreciated how streamlined the process was, and especially working with Eddie Aquilar. This is my first Mercedes, and I was impressed by the care and attention both my car and I received. Additionally, I appreciated the extra attention to sanitation and ramped up Covid measures.
Chris Hernandez was fantastic. He listened to what GLS we were interested in purchasing and was able to find the exact color and options we wanted. This was the easiest and hassle free car we have purchased. Thanks to Chris and the rest of the team, we plan to always use Mercedes-Benz of Austin.
For the longest time I’ve been searching for a new vehicle. After researching, I came with the conclusion that I wanted to buy or lease and GLB. We were in town and had some free time So we decided to stop by and look at one. We weren't welcomed by anyone, several salespersons saw us and none of them asked if we needed anything. This is something that I would have never expected from Mercedes Benz.
Purchased my car here and have had annual service completed at MB of Austin for the last 6 years. While my service rep has changed, they have ALL been top notch at setting expectations and providing exceptional customer service, especially Jesse R. Wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else for service.
As a transporter, my experience with this location is one I'll never. The woman I spoke with prior to arrival was very pleasant and helpful. I ended up having to call the dealership again for directions and the gentleman I spoke with was very patient and exuded great customer service. The porter was pleasant and extremely helpful. To purchase a luxury vehicle and be treated with respect, I'd definitely recommend MB of Austin. Keep up the good work.
Mercedes-Benz of Austin is always very thorough and accommodating. The staff is knowledgable and makes sure you are completely satisfied at all steps along the way.

Just bought a certified pre-owned from Mercedes of Austin, and took the car in for some minor warranty work. I was impressed with the customer service from start to finish - very professional, and they had me in and out in no time. Car came back with a scratch on the bumper, and without hesitation Jordan scheduled me for a return visit to repair the scratch. Very impressed with the whole crew.

I picked up my car from service. Brief delay waiting for my service advisor, but eventually someone helped me and explained all the work performed and what I should expect to do for future maintenance on the work they performed.
The service department did an excellent job addressing the issues I brought the vehicle in for, and were honest brokers about which work was necessary and which wasn't. I've been to other MB dealerships and from now on this is the only one I will take the car to for servicing and buy new vehicles from in the future. I appreciate how professional and attentive Jesse was - he really knows his stuff and has sold me on staying with MB.
Fouad, sales assoicate, was knowledgable about the vehicle models that I was interested in purchasing. He was patient and thoughtful. He catered our discussion toward my interests. No rushing.no pressure to buy quick.

We were very pleased with our buying experience at MB of Austin. Our sales person Jim Lang was excellent, patient, informative and helpful in all regards. After our purchasing the car, Glenn gave us a a thorough tutorial on all of the bells and whistles the car has. Everyone we dealt with was more than willing to help which made the buying experience very pleasant. We are very happy with our car and feel we made an excellent choice.
