Buying the new E class and the GLK were very easy and the salesman, Rob, was very knowledgeable and understood our wants and needs very well. Service has always been excellent and Annie Daniels especially looks after Trish when she brings in her GLK.

Unscheduled stop to address an "auxiliary battery malfunction" warning. Connected with my advisor quickly. Fixed promptly. SMS updates are the perfect medium when I'm at work.

As always, Wade handled my car needs with excellent care and knowledge. I am very fortunate to have him as my service advisor!

I made the service appointment on line about two weeks in advance. The web site was very easy to use. When I arrived for the service appointment, my Service Consultant, Kevin Sims, was expecting me. He was very courteous and helped expedite my service to get everything done in one day. I appreciated Kevin's advice and suggestions. This was the fastest, easiest and best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I showed up to drop my car off and pick up a loaner. I was there less than 10min. Then when I came to pick the vehicle up again it took less then ten min to get in and out, they had also done a complimentary car inspection and cleaned my vehicle. A+ amazing service!
