26I've lived there for about 5 months and so far so good the office staff is very nice and always willing to help, when I call maintance or put a ticket in they come and fix what every is needed. The security guards are always out and about watching out. I've had no problems.
This place is horrible, the management staff is rude and unprofessional. Everything is your fault, doesnt matter what the issue is. All of the apartments are filthy and roach infested. You pay 10$ a month for "pest control" doesnt help at all. If you are a UH student I highly recommend you live somewhere else.
It's a home away from home for me as an international student. Everyone in the leasing office was super nice and friendly. Problems were quickly fixed as soon as you reported them. That's why they are worth 5 stars!
My husband applied here over a month a go and last week they called to say they gave him the wrong unit #, due to it being leased to someone else. When he asked for the deposit back they stated its non refundable because he was already approved and that unit he wanted is still available. This just shows the lack of professionalism and communication in the office.
Lived here for a year now. I go to UH, it's 5 mins away. Units are really comfortable and very spacious. Washer + dryer in each unit is a big plus. Any time I've had any maintenance issue it's been handled pretty quickly.
Couple people saying the staff wasn't friendly. I haven't experienced this problem and I can only speak for myself, so I'd say they're pretty professional and helpful so far.

The only issue you I have is my actual apt, I have been having issue after issue since moving in. I moved in on Oct 17th and I have been putting in service request since my second day. I feel like they rushed the apt so that I could move in faster. I wish they would have done a more detailed inspection of the apt before allowing me to move in. Also pest control sucks
