Recently bought Fossil watch which broke during covid-19. Fossil customer care issued a replacement within 2 weeks!

This company promise you everything and gives you nothing. I needed a hub link for my watch. They tried selling me a whole new band. When I first called they told me they had a hub link. I sent it in. I then called after receiving quote and they reduced the cost because like I said they want to sell me a whole new band. Called back wk later they said I hadn't paid for it. Not enough room to vent

Sent my Skagen watch in numerous times and it still does not keep time. Great customer service but i just want my favorite watch to work again.

Metro Service Center repaired a Michael Kors watch for me that my local jewelry stores could not. Very professional, prompt service, reasonable prices and fixed perfectly!

I had my watch sent in for a repair on the hand. That was all. They want to upcharge you for things you don't need, and they take an extremely long time to get back to you. When I called to check on the status of the repair, they didn't even begin the process. Their communication is complete garbage and now I received the watch with the same exact issue and paid for the repair. It's a joke.

I have mailed my watch to Metro over 4x. Initially they couldn't find 2 stating I only mailed one, then they found the other. Fossil was a brand of quality and customer service. I think Metro Services is bringing the reputation down. Repair time, confirming repairs are made to products.quality inspections and checks before just shipping items back seem to be unheard of. How many times do you have to go through a month process on a watch and not get it back broken?

I received my watched today. It stated that necessary parts are not available for my watch. My watch was returned broken in many pieces in bubble wrap. I didn’t send my watch in the condition I received it. They didn’t repair my watch so where’s my money order? I sent a money order paying for a battery replacement and a band. I used this company before with no issues but the way my watch was returned, I don’t recommend this company for repairs.

When they say customer satisfaction is our priority, they mean it! I called because I had a question about my repair. I spoke with Shameon "Shay". She was very helpful and pleasant. I felt like I was speaking with someone I grew up with. One week later I recieved my watch back better than I remembered.

I sent my watch in 4 months ago with a money order to get it fixed. Someone within the company stole the money order and they showed no record of receiving the money order with my watch when I have USPS proof and tracking on it. They sent me a new invoice saying I owed another 60+ dollars. It is now 4 months later and they have still not sent me a check back for my money order. I have called 8 times and now 5 weeks later from putting in my check request; when they said the check would arrive within 2-4 weeks it still has not. They make unfulfilled promises to call me back several times after I made sure they had my right phone number and still do not. I have been on hold for up to an hour and 10 minutes on several occasions. I have asked to speak to a manager or supervisor several times as well and just send me to another person who works there and not a manager or supervisor. Terrible customer service and internal thieves who work for Metro Service Center. Highly do NOT recommend. Go to your local watchman to get it fixed.

I do not recommend this company. I had sent my fossil watch in through the fossil store.i was sent an email confirming my mailing address which was incorrect so i replied to correct it, i also went online to register with the company and had to enter this information again upon submitting payment.my address was never corrected however and i continued to get email updates and shipping labels with the wrong address.i received my watch today at home (someone wrote the correct address on the package but i do not know who). I open my package to find my watch different but not repaired, more broken than when i sent it in.a small accent ring had broken off and jammed the hands (my original issue) i now see that ring has been partly glued back down but is still bent up enough to catch the hands.the minute hand is broken (perhaps stripped out) to the point that it freely rotates as you move the watch around.i never registered with fossil and was informed i no longer had a warranty because of this, my fault for not registering and loosing my receipt, i was charged less than 30.00 to fix this watch and maybe such a low charge is not worthy of better workmanship, i don't know.i do know they pissed off a first time customer tho.

Had a Fossil Automatic watch that was gaining time. Fossil sent watch to metro to get fixed, replaced movement inside watch. Work for a few days then started advancing the time again. Sent watch back to this company again, repeat same problem. Fixed again, few days later, repair again. Returned watch back to Fossil.
I won't be sending anything to Metro Service company to get fixed.

Sent 3 WATCHES by Fossil store and 2 come back not NEW looking as usual and my MK watch is been missing since Nov 7. Still calling about my watch and waiting for METRO to return my merchandise. NEVER WILL I SEND ANOTHER ITEM!

Worst service ever! Sent my Fossil watch for repair on 6/28/2017 via FedEx and they seemed to misplace my watch. Multiple phone calls to them and they state they will contact me back. Not one phone call yet. It's December 2017 and I still do not have my watch and they still can't find it. When I call I am on the phone for 1 hour at least with no results.

Just like the rater below me, I sent a smartwatch to have a bootloop software issue repaired. Should have been an easy fix, but exactly 6 weeks after receiving the confirmation letter (they had received my watch) which said I should receive my watch with 2-4 weeks, I have neither received nor heard anything. This week I have spent a cumulative 3.5 hours on the phone with them (most of it on hold listening to the same 5 songs), and hearing the pacifying phrases (I understand, I'm sorry to hear that, etc.). I have been disconnected on transfer 3 times, and supervisors have been useless. Some warranty. I should have not wasted my time, and just bought a new smartwatch from a non-Fossil company.

Worst service, was on the phone forever once, was supposed to receive email but never did.called again on the phone for atleast half hour and not getting anywhere.very unprofessional service.
